5 Tricks Proven to Burn Body Fat You Should Copy
Revealed mistakes that sabotage your weight loss goal.

It’s really difficult to lose weight and belly fat if you go about it the wrong way.
And most people go about it the wrong way because they have been fed misinformation for years, even decades, and that’s why they have trouble creating long-lasting results.
If you are going to lose weight and burn belly fat, you have to take fewer calories than you burn.
Eating less and exercising more doesn’t solve the problem. You should understand that hormones determine our behavior.
You will have to find a way to eat that reduces the hormones that make you hungry and increases the hormones that burn fat.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll need to keep a metabolic machine in place to convert some of that fat into energy.
How insulin works to speed up fat burn
Most people know that insulin is related to blood sugar and diabetes, but they don’t fully understand the functions of insulin.
Insulin stops fat burn. If your insulin is high, you can’t burn the fat.
When you have fat in your body that is ready to be converted into energy, high insulin levels impede this process, leaving you with a shortage of reserved energy.
This will lead you to feel hungry because you don’t have enough energy source to refuel.
Starch, sugar, and other processed carbohydrates, are digested to simple sugars in the intestine.
The pancreas releases different amounts of insulin depending on the type of food you eat but eating a large amount of food that causes your body to make extra insulin can eventually lead to hyperinsulinemia.
So to burn fat, you need to lower insulin. And to lower insulin, you need to eat fewer meals.
Because every time you eat, you trigger insulin. If you eat four or ten times a day, you trigger insulin four times or ten times.
Most people do not lose weight while following a healthy plan because they do not understand the functions of the key player in fat burn, which is insulin.
They eat the wrong food and avoid eating the right ones, and they end up building insulin resistance.
To get back on track with your weight loss goals, you should try following these tips below.
Lower your intake of all forms of sugar
The two main forms of carbohydrates are simple carbohydrates or simple sugars and complex carbohydrates or starches.
Simple sugars include fructose, glucose, lactose, and whole fruits.
While starches are found in starchy vegetables, whole grains, rice, fruits, beans, and cereals.
All carbohydrates are broken down into simple sugars, which are absorbed into the bloodstream.
As the sugar level rises, the pancreas releases the hormone insulin, which is needed to move sugar from the blood into the cells, where the sugar can be used as energy.
But sugar can hit you in so many ways. Sugar stimulates insulin because it raises blood sugar, which makes you eat more.
The worse thing about simple sugar is that fructose is as dangerous to the liver as alcohol. It creates fat liver, strongly linked to insulin resistance.
If you eat fructose, you get fatty liver and eventually become insulin resistant, which destroys the rest of your metabolic machine.
Eat more complex carbohydrate
There are many unhealthy misconceptions about weight loss, and claims that carbohydrates can make you fat are misleading.
Carbs get a bad rap because when people think of “carbs,” they think of white bread, pastries, sodas, and other highly processed or refined foods.
Complex carbohydrates are healthier than simple carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates with lower glycaemic indexes (or GI) e.g. soy products, legume, fruit, milk, whole grains- have a slower and flatter blood glucose response.
The presence of fiber, protein, and fat is important because it slows down digestion, prevents a spike in blood sugar, and keeps you full and satisfied longer.
While simple carbohydrates are always bad for us. They digest very quickly, which can cause fluctuations in our blood sugar levels, thus generating more insulin and often leaving us feeling more hungry.
So if you want to lose weight, do not cut off carbohydrates completely from your meal plan. The amount and type of carbohydrate you eat can help you lose weight faster.
Try breathing exercises to increase oxygen in the blood
Proper nasal breathing helps lower blood pressure, improving metabolism and promoting overall health.
Metabolism is the process of converting food into energy. The amount of energy produced depends on the available oxygen (O2) and fuels such as carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.
In the absence of sufficient oxygen, the metabolism slows down, and the body is unable to burn fat.
Increasing oxygen intake with breathing exercises burns fat similarly to physical exercise when it transports oxygen to the cells.
In other words, a sufficient amount of oxygen is needed to burn the excess fat that has accumulated in the body.
Add apple cider vinegar to your food
Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples, and its main active ingredient is acetic acid.
One study found that acetic acid reduced the ratio of insulin to glucagon. This led to lower blood sugar, lower insulin levels, and a long-lasting feeling of fullness.
Some people have used two tablespoons of diluted apple cider vinegar daily to lose weight and suppress appetite.
When you consume small amounts of acetic acid via apple cider vinegar, the compound activates your metabolism to help your body use fat as a form of energy instead of storing it.
Try doing dry fasting two times a week
Fasting is my go-to weight loss secret. But I do it for religious reasons. Every January and July, I always take part in a 21-days and 14-days fasting program in my church.
Sometimes, when I have a special prayer request, I do 3 or 7 days of water fasting for 8 hours daily, but my dry fasting doesn’t exceed two days.
I notice significant weight loss during the fasting period and more agility and flexibility. There are times I would lose up to 10 pounds on more extended fasting periods.
Dry fasting, which is complete abstinence from food or water, is more effective than any other kind of body cleansing.
When we don’t drink water for a long time, our body starts producing water by converting energy into water.
Accumulated fat and toxins in the body are burned instead of eliminated from the urine, intestines, kidneys, liver, and skin.
If you’re trying to lose a few pounds and belly fat, dry fasting can be a powerful tool to help you reach your weight loss goals.
Always break your fast with simple organic foods like a light salad or probiotic shake, which can help release even more toxins without overloading your stomach.
