5 Superpowered Writing Prompts
Have fun with these totally terrific superpowers starting with a T

Hello writers,
Finally, I took the time to write fresh prompts, but sadly for once, I can’t serve them exclusively with photos from my private collection. It seems like I have to prepare for every photographic eventuality in the future. Anyway, here are my newest superpowered prompts, starting with a T. Isn’t that tantalising?

Teleportation
Terrific! You are a master of teleportation. Walls mean nothing to you as long as you have an idea of the whereabouts and dimensions of the place you want to travel to.
However, there is a downside to your superpower. When you teleport, you disappear and appear in a colourful smoky cloud, accompanied by a sound like a pack of flour falling on the ground and bursting open. Oh yeah … there’s that smell of sulfur and rotten eggs that lingers for at least a minute.

Telekinesis
Tremendous! You have the power to move objects and even people with your mind!
But when you use your power, you need to stare (really!) intensely at the object or person. Oops … I almost forgot that you also need to form the letter L with your right thumb and index finger and hold it against your forehead.

Telepathy
Titillating! You have the power to read minds and even implant suggestions and hidden commands in them. Well done, Professor X.
But wait! The telepath whispers into my brain that this is not a one-way street. If you get into people’s minds, they can potentially get into yours. So what do you do to hide your identity?

Time Travel
Tender! Mastering time?! Wow! That is incredible!
Too bad you can only jump into the future, and only for precisely 6 hours, 6 minutes and 6 seconds at a time.

Transformation
Tubular! What? Anyway, shapeshifting is so awesome, and you got it! With enough time, you can transform into anything from the size of a mouse to that of an elephant.
So what’s the catch, you ask? Do you know how caterpillars transform into butterflies? Yes, they eat a lot, and then they eat themselves. Whenever you change, you need sufficient mass to grow into a bigger form before building the chrysalis and going through that gruesome process.

The BONUS Villain: TREMOR
Transcendent! This villain causes earthquakes! Nope. Eh, … they make people shiver or tremble? Nope.
Our bonus villain causes tremors in the hero’s or whoever else’s digestive system. It seems a bit like we closed the circle to teleportation again. ROFL
Ben Ulansey, Jonathon Sawyer, and Sweet Chaos were so kind to throw adjectives starting with T at me. I believe that meant they wanted to be challenged. Why don’t you write about a person with one of the above powers and how they meet Tremor? Have fun! ROFL (again)
I saw it the second you stopped by. You love prompts! If you can’t get enough, check out these fantastic prompt masters:
