5 Questions That Deliberately Raise Your Vibrations & Help You Communicate With The Universe
Time To Take Control Of Your Vibrations
We are vibrational beings, transmitting them with every waking second. The receiver of these vibrations, is the Universe. It picks up on every single vibration we emit.
So, what is a vibration? It’s the by-product of our emotions. When we feel positive emotions, or “high” vibrations, the Universe receives these waves of good feelings and responds by sending us, through the Law of Attraction, experiences that continue to correspond to these high vibrations.
When we feel negative emotions, or “low” vibrations, the Universe does the exact same thing, with the exact same results: experiences that reflect those low vibrations.
Therefore, it’s in our best interest to transmit as many high vibrations as possible. We can do this deliberately. We have control over our throughts and emotions. We don’t have to continually think negative thoughts….turn off the news for starters.
When we deliberately tune in to better feeling emotions, we are taking control of our lives, taking control of the experiences we get to live. We’re in the driver’s seat.
Sometimes we get stuck in our low emotions though. They can be a bit like quicksand, pulling us down the more we struggle against them. But struggling against them means that we’re still focussed on them.
So, in order to change the direction of your thoughts (assuming you’re not actually in quicksand) I’ve come up with 5 questions you can ask yourself to deliberately raise your vibrations and communicate more effectively with the Universe, to get the manifestations you really want.
5 Questions
I recommend writing these questions down in a journal, or type them on your laptop. Just keep a record of them, whichever way you choose.
- What do I love? Do you love watching the sun rising in the sky every morning? Do you love the sound of rain on your roof? Do you love your job, your neighbourhood, your city, your country? Do you love your car, your house, your furniture, your clothes? What do you love?
2. Who do I love? Do you love your family? Your friends? Your neighbours? Your pets? A celebrity, an activist, a favourite teacher, an author? Write down any person or animal you love who makes you smile.
3. What makes me happy? Do you love to ski? Do you love to bake? Do you love to teach? Do you love to drive? Do you love to write? Do you love to dance? Write down any activity that you love to do. Anything that gets you excited, just by thinking about it.
4. What do I appreciate? Do you appreciate that hot shower you had this morning? How about that delicious cup of coffee? Do you appreciate having a warm home? Did you appreciate your comfortable bed, and fluffy pillows you slept on last night? Do you love the beautiful colours of trees in the autumn? Try and list things that you might take for granted, that others wish they had or could experience. You’ve got more than you realize, you know.
5. What makes me laugh? Is it a certain movie? When Harry Met Sally does it for me. Is it a certain TV show? Are you a Friends fanatic, or does The Big Bang Theory feel like a blast? Are you brother’s jokes hilarious? Do your kids’ antics fill you with giggles? Think about the last gut-busting laugh you had. What happened? How did it make you feel? Do you still laugh as you think about it? Yeah, then that’s the one.
When you ponder these questions, the answers will come flooding into you. Don’t worry if there’s some overlap. There probably will be. That’s absolutely fine! It’s the feeling you’re after anyway! As long as those emotions feel good, then you’re doing it right.
When you take time to deliberately raise your vibrations, by asking yourself these questions, you’re letting yourself and the Universe know that you’re in charge. You’ve got the power. And you expect great results.
It only takes a few minutes…go on, grab your pen!
