What Meditation Does To Your Vibrational Frequency
And Why It’s So Good For You

So what does meditation have to do with our vibrations? And how does it help us change our vibrations to create our desires?
Meditation has been proven to have several health benefits both mental and physical. Some of those things are:
Decreased stress
Improved memory
Lower blood pressure
Improved sleep
Increased calmness
Increased attention span
But what about spiritual benefits? What about manifestation benefits?
What happens to our all important vibrations when we meditate?
When we meditate, by quieting our minds and focussing on something “neutral” like our breathing, or a clock ticking, birds chirping or even the sound of traffic, our vibrations naturally rise.
Abraham Hicks uses the analogy of a cork floating on water.

When placed in water, the cork naturally rises. When placed in a meditative state, your vibrations naturally rise.
When we introduce resistance (negativity) we are holding our cork down, under water. We are lowering our vibrations and not allowing them to rise naturally.
You can also think of it as helium-filled balloons. Keep them tied down and they cannot go anywhere. Set them free, they naturally rise, and take you with them.

What are the benefits of raising our vibrations?
- Raising our vibrations help us feel good.
- We become a match to the vibrations of that which we desire.
- We can more easily access communication from our Spirit Guides.
The first one is a no-brainer. We all want to feel good, right?
The second one works like this: anything, ANTYHING we want, we want it because it will make us feel good. All positive emotions are high vibrations.
Happiness
Love
Appreciation
Joy
Serenity
All of them have vibrations which fly high.
And we want to be a match to those vibrations to experience both the emotion, and the physical manifestation of what we want…more money, a bigger house, a loving relationship, better health, you name it. You want it so that you will feel good when you have it.
Meditation helps you feel good, before you have, which is the very thing that brings it!
How about those Spirit Guides talking to us?
Don’t let it freak you out. Our Spirit Guides are constantly sending us messages throughout the day. It’s just that we’re usually not in a welcoming state to receive these messages. We’re busy, we have lives, stuff we have to do.
But if we just slow down for a few minutes a day…
Meditating helps us welcome those messages, because our vibrations are rising.
And why do we want to receive communication from our Spirit Guides?
Because that’s where the magic happens. That’s where we get to witness the wonder, the joy and the immense power of the Universe.

That’s when we get signs or experience synchronicites and coincidences.
That’s when things start to happen for us in ways that we never could have imagined.
Have you ever said:
“Not in a million years could I have predicted this?”
That’s how the Universe can make you feel.
When we follow those signs, or recognize those synchronicities, we follow a trail. We get impulses that lead us to something wonderful.
Which is what we’ve always wanted all along.
