4 Time-Saving Tricks That Help You Save 1 Hour Daily
If you think you don’t have enough time read this blog to save time

Are you always struggling to find enough time in your day? Do you feel like you never have enough hours to get everything done? If so, you’re not alone. Many people struggle with time management. The good news is that there are some simple tricks you can use to save time and be more productive.
In this blog, I will share four tips that can help you save seven hours per week. These time-saving strategies will help you take control of your schedule and get more done in less time
Trick 1: Change the default to “no”
It means that your normal answer to new things would be no, because if you say yes you say no to everything you could have done in this time. So if someone asks you if you want to come with him to the cinema, you need to think about what you could do instead. It also depends if you finish your tasks today and only do extra work, or if you still have to work.
Examples
For example, if my family asks me if I want to go swimming. I need to think if I have everything finished for school and also what I could do instead. I could maybe in 1.5 hours go swimming or edit a video. I don’t say you always need to do the work and not relax but sometimes it can be better.
Trick 2: Group similar tasks together
You do the tasks right after prioritizing, but often it is smarter to group similar tasks. So you group tasks with the laptop or without the laptop. Or you do a few routines together.
Examples
I often do my weekly routines by changing the towels and charging the toothbrush. I also read the newspaper and after this 100-second news. I also do reading often before lunch or after it. If I eat lunch and then go on the laptop and later read I take more time. Without it, I read after lunch and have it done.
D. Trick 3: Limit the number of communication accounts
You and I have too many communication or social media accounts. To save time we should reduce them. Start using some social media accounts not for 1 week and see what happens, often nothing changes. Apps like Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok are not essential. I had a 5-minute timer for Snapchat and Instagram per day. A few months ago, I deleted the apps and had no big difference only that I have now more time.
Examples
You can save time first so that you don’t spend any more time on it. Second people know you are not available on this platform. This leads to people only writing to you on WhatsApp for example and it is easier to make time to check on the platform than 4.
E. Trick 4: Decide on your top priority tasks at the end of the day
Having your top priority for the day is crucial to be productive. So you should decide on your top priority at the end of the day. Then you can start in the morning after your morning routine working on it.
I also did a blog about how to find your morning routine this can also save you time in the morning.
I sometimes struggle to set a specific top priority per day, but that is normal.
My top priority tasks are school learning and doing homework. After this, my second top priority is my side hustle with the YouTube channel and blog.
It saves me time because I know school is the most important thing so I start working on this when I am coming home.
If you never did one of these tricks before you should save at least 1 hour daily if you implement everything.
