#4 Done is better than perfect
On Quora I was asked:
What can I do? I want to be a writer but there are days where I just don’t have any ideas and don’t want to write!
Since I know there are some new writers on this platform who struggle with this as well, I wanted to share my answer with you as well.
I am happy to write every day.
For me, it is some kind of balance after a stressful day.
Plus, I have a little boy at home who keeps me on my toes. I can only write in the evening and I am grateful when I have 2–4 hours a day to write down my thoughts.
When I didn’t have a child I also knew days on which I didn’t want to write.
It was a pain to sit down and open my laptop again and write down my thoughts.
But with my baby, everything has changed.
