3 Ways to Transform Your Pain Into Purpose and Change Your Life
It’s okay to cry a lot, but one day you’ll need to stop your crying

1. Realize Your Pain Has a Purpose
Everybody has their own problems, no matter how glorious they look on the outside. No matter how good of a person you are, you will go through some type of pain and that’s just life. In a way, that’s what makes life fair. It doesn’t exclude anyone from pain.
There are those suffering because they've lost people. Others are homeless and don't know where their next meal is coming from. Sometimes when you look at other people, you see they have even worse pain compared to what you’re going through.
Life isn’t full of sunshine every day. The night arrives, and it gets dark. Life doesn't always go as we want it and sometimes you face terrible, terrible things that cause pain deep inside your soul.
When these terrible things happen, it's normal to be heartbroken, angry and disappointed, but you can't keep holding on to the pain for the rest of your life. It will eat you up from the inside and dim every light in your being.
You must learn to transcend pain and turn it into purpose.
When you turn your pain into purpose, you not only help yourself, you can impact millions of lives.
To transcend your pain, you must become aware of it. Becoming aware of it is the first step to healing it.
You can't pretend it doesn't hurt when it's killing you on the inside. You can't act like it's all good when you're tearing apart. Pain cannot be avoided. You have to be strong enough to face your pain, then it'll show you its purpose.
When you turn your pain into purpose, you not only help yourself, you can impact millions of lives.
2. Learn The Lessons From Your Pain
Pain isn't only to cry over. You must cry a lot, but when it's done, you must learn your lessons. Learn about your pain and it will make you a much better person. That's the purpose of pain. The pain you're going through is supposed to make you better, stronger, and more enlightened than you used to be.
Refuse to learn your lessons and the universe will present you with the same kinds of pain until you learn. Life will make you learn one way or another, so it's best to learn it sooner than later.
While it's okay to cry over your pain and sadness, one day you need to stop your crying and rise above it all. Pain can be crippling, but don't allow it to keep you down too long. You have things to do. You have a greater purpose to fulfil and life must move on.
You still have many other things to do, and for that, you should be grateful.
While it’s okay to cry over your pain and sadness, one day you need to stop your crying and rise above it all.
2. Be Grateful For What Your Pain Has Taught You
Although you may be currently feeling at your lowest, someone out there has it so much worse. You could be crying over a person who walked away, meanwhile, another person received news they don't have much time to live.
There’s always something to be grateful for, even in pain. Even if you feel like death, you have the breath of life coursing through your nostrils. That's a blessing because someone out there just breathed their last.
When you change the way to look at your situation, it changes. It’s all about the perspective you keep. Choose to see how you have it better compared to what some people out there are going through and give thanks.
Don’t focus solely on the pain. Focus on the purpose of the pain and it’ll change your situation. Focus on the positives and you can rise above it and look at it from a bird’s-eye view.
Life is beautiful from a bird’s-eye view.
