3 Ways Society Feeds You Anxiety and Fear
When you open your eyes, you see certain things clearly

1. Bad News
There’s no way people who are in touch with their emotions and able to feel the pain and suffering of the world get bad news and not feel bad. And when you feel bad, you only have a few minutes to transmute the bad energy or it grows into something that consumes your mind.
These days, you can’t seem to go a day without getting fear instilled in you somewhere along the way. There’s bad news everywhere you turn. Turn on the tv and there’s a new problem. Turn on the radio and something bad has happened. Turn on your reading app and there’s a negative headline screaming at you.
There’s always bad news about the pandemic, mass shootings, disasters and other terrible things. Finish watching, listening or reading and you’re sure to feel some type of way.
Every day there’s one bad news or the other to scare you into going back into your shell. When you're forced into your shell, you can’t step boldly out into the world to do the work you came here to do.
When you’re constantly vibrating in fear, what can you achieve? Not a lot because you’re constricted. When you’re living in fear, you’re in a state of paranoia, and that’s not the state in which you manifest anything.
You manifest when you're in a state of least resistance.
If you can manifest easily, you’re unstoppable and there will be several attempts to stop you from achieving greatness. If you open your eyes to what’s really happening, you’ll be very mindful of that and what you give your energy to.
Pay attention and you will not fall for any of the mind control games.
If you can perceive what's behind the scenes, you’d limit or stay away from bad news so you can expand into your full potential.
This also includes the person who always bears bad news. Play no part in it. Stay away from them!
2. Materialism
In today’s world, if you wake up and you’re dressed in designer clothes and drive a fancy car, you’re doing very well and everybody loves and respect you.
If you have a pocket full of money, you’re a friend to everybody.
Nobody loves or values the person with empty pockets, so for a person to feel like they belong, they must keep buying and spending even when they do not have any money in their pockets.
If your hair isn’t done all nice and pretty and you don’t have a car, people see you as a joke. If your nails are short and natural, people assume you have no money to go get it done and straightened.
For a person to feel accepted and respected, they must get themselves in debt to keep pleasing people.
That’s the real joke!
Society has no idea what's important.
It doesn't know what matters and what will be left behind when the time is up. Money and cars will pass away, but a good heart will always be remembered.
When you don’t have the money to buy and spend, you feel the unnecessary pressure from society to level up and do something, all of which feeds you with fear and anxiety.
Your eyes need to be wide open to not fall into the materialism trap. You have to be your own person to not be affected by people’s ideologies about you. It doesn’t matter what anybody thinks about you — it matters what you and the universe think about you.
Although money matters, it isn’t the only important thing. It matters what kind of heart beats inside your chest and the strength of the soul driving you. It matters the good you do for people and the smile you can put on someone’s face whether it involved some material thing.
The truly fulfilled people aren’t worried about designer clothes, properly manicured nails or fancy cars. They’re worried about saving humanity.
Your eyes need to be wide open to not fall into the materialism trap. You have to be your own person to not be affected by people’s ideologies about you.
3. Separation
When you're with the ones you love, you feel strong and empowered. When society forces us to leave our homes in search of greener pastures and only forces us into a box, we feel disconnected from the rest of the world. It's difficult when the only way to reach loved ones is through some damned machine!
When you're forced into isolation and fed with bad news all day long, fear grows and anxiety heightens. Loneliness grows and its side effect is more crippling anxiety.
Separation leads to anxiety. Oneness revives. Togetherness restores and connectedness strengthens. It’s hard to break you apart when you’re connected to the whole.
We are made to believe that we are separate from each other.
We are not taught that we are one and connected to the same Source energy. The first spiritual law states that all things are connected, and it is the law on which everything in this universe is built.
The moment you become aware of yourself and the universe you're a part of; the moment you see all the hidden ways society tries to instil fear and feed you with anxiety, you'll be one step ahead of the silly games and tricks.
You're a part of the universe, and you’re bigger than that.
