We like this more than a typical meditation practice because we get too distracted when there’s complete silence.
This way, we get someone we respect walking us through the steps and always bringing us back to the present moment when we drift off in thought.

If you’ve read my other article, you’ve created your specific desire and confirmed it’s in the “sweet spot.”
You can use this video to amplify your thoughts and feelings about that desire every morning. If done correctly, this will significantly raise your vibrational frequency.
#2: Reprogram your mind with TikTok affirmations

There are various ways to implement an affirmation habit into your day. You can do it once every morning, the 3-6-9 method, or every hour on the hour.
If this habit is utterly foreign to you, I recommend one affirmation to start. Choose the one that resonates with you the most, then stick with it until you feel your body internalizing the words when you’re saying them. You can add and change your affirmations later, but for now, start small.
Here are the affirmations that we found the most impactful:
A. The Oath of Manifestation:
I accept and receive unexpected good, unexpected money, unexpected love, unexpected kindness, unexpected generosity, unexpected offers, unexpected prosperity coming in unexpected ways from unexpected places in my life and the life of others.
