3 Ultimate Ways to Grow Spiritually
We are spiritual beings having a human experience so it only makes sense that spiritual growth should be at the center of our experience.

Every day we go about our business going after things we want. Yet how good are we at prioritizing what is important?
Deep down we all know that our spiritual growth is paramount to actualizing our existence as human beings.
Scary for many.
Unknown territory. Unseen stuff.
Resistance against things like organized religion or whoo-whoo stuff.
Easy cop-outs.
Tralala…so we bobbedy bob along living our mediocre lives.
Spiritual growth … we might think false gurus.
It becomes tricky as we have a multitude of ways to do this. Information overload.
We don’t like confusion. So we push things like this to the side and stick with the familiar, yet the familiar is usually what was passed on to us by our parents and ancestors and so the cycle continues.
We are sovereign beings and we have been given choice.
We want to live good and happy and free lives, following our highest excitement which is the organizing principle of the universe.
Due to this exact organizing principle I cannot say what path would be the best for you, yet I can give you my three ultimate suggestions.
My biggest goal many years ago, which I formulated after reverse-engineering my life at age sixteen, was to know the answer to happiness or true fulfillment.
Herewith are my conclusions after having found my answer at age twenty-six.
1 — Make it a priority
Every day we go about our business going after things we want. Yet how good are we at prioritizing what is important?
Most of us pretty much suck at it right?
We know we should get up early to bank in those creative hours, yet this is not a reality for the majority.
We know very well that health is wealth, yet we tend to our jobs and our businesses as if our life depends on it.
The same goes for spiritual growth. It cannot merely be something that sounds like a good idea.
It needs to be the first priority.
If you don’t make it a priority then you might not pass this masterclass called life on Earth. Don’t worry, you will get another chance, but can you imagine what happens if you do pass it?
Now that is a life worth living.
2 — Do the work — eradicating limiting beliefs
Do you feel like you wish you had a little help with all this? Perhaps a guidebook on “how to be human”?
Or perhaps you feel like your thoughts are thinking of you?
Maybe you feel as if you are being controlled by a sabotaging part of yourself.
Dang, I did it again! Why can’t I just get it right?
There’s really no easy way around this. How do I know this? I invested most of my time into this and still am.
I have already lived many many lives, so I know that coming back to do it over again is a sure thing, yet now that I understand how it works, why not give it my best shot?
I am sitting front in the Masterclass, yet last week I was suspended from class again because I have a naughty streak in me and I got lazy to do the work.
I still like that rebel feeling…might put that on the agenda for next week’s home study…urgh. Just kidding, I like this kind of stuff.
I actually came across five natural biohacks to remove energy blocks/limiting beliefs and it gave me a boost in this life. If you feel drawn check out my work.
In this post, I share a more labor—intensive way. Yet it works.
So how do we eradicate limiting beliefs?
When you feel a negative feeling, like sadness or anger,
Stop. Pause.
Ask yourself,
What must I be believing about myself that makes me feel this way?
Then sit with this question until the answer comes.
You also can’t stop there. You have to continue tracing the thought until it becomes nonsensical.
For example,
You don’t get that promotion or that sign that client. You might feel a cringe, a feeling of “I am not good enough”.
Now you need to stop and do the work.
Write it out.
What must I be believing about myself that makes me feel this way?
It also won’t be the same answer for everyone.
You might think it is because you are not good enough, yet you know you have had other promotions or signed other clients. You also know that you have had many ‘wins’ in life, so it can’t be that you are not good enough.
Keep tracing the beliefs.
It might lead you to a place where you were pushed as a child to succeed, to be the best and you kept replaying that program into adulthood.
This is not a one-day or 5-minute process. You got to sit with it.
3 — Raise your vibration
This one is probably the easiest if you think about it.
How do we raise our vibration? I will list some things, feel free to add more in the comments.
🌀Dry fasting
🌀Surrounding ourselves with positive life-giving things and people.
🌀Spending time in nature
🌀Communicating with Source
🌀Meditation or other similar spiritual practices
🌀Plant medicine
🌀DNA Upgrades and similar practices
🌀Music / Sound
Conclusion
There you have it. My top three ways to grow spiritually.
1 — Make it a priority
2 — Do the work — eradicating limiting beliefs
3 — Raise your vibration
We are spiritual beings having a human experience so it only makes sense that spiritual growth should be at the center of our experience.
