Are you living your life the way you want to live like? Many of you might answer no. You may produce various reasons for why is it so but according to what I am able to figure out with my limited knowledge is, all these reasons can be boiled down to three things, i.e., time, money, and health.
Below are 3 simple tricks which can at least help you eliminate the above three things as a reason hindering your life quality.
Waking up early
One of my favorites in terms of productivity.
One instant result you’ll see is that you will suddenly find your day getting a lot longer and you have ample time for your side hustles. If you are struggling with productivity, waking up early can be the one of best things to do. This will give that extra time which you might be seeking to finish the task at your hand.
You can read books, meditate, work out, work on a different income source, or do anything in that extra time which you are not able to do in your busy schedule.
It can be very exhausting if you don’t have any experience with waking up early, but once you get a hold of it, you might even never want to go back to your previous routine. I know that’s a very bold statement to make but you can ask any early riser and they will tell you the same.
One thing to keep in mind is please don’t sacrifice your sleep to get up early. Sleeping for just 3–4 hours only to wake up at 6 in the morning will be a horrible idea.
Avoid refined sugar
What are these addictive, only calories and no nutrient value packaged foods hiding behind? It is refined sugar, a substance that is even considered being as addictive as cocaine.
This article by Healthline explains perfectly the harmful effects of refined sugars. World Health Organization is cautioning people to reduce their free-sugar intake, especially refined sugar which is the added sugar in the cold drinks and others, to less than 10% of their daily intake since 1989. And you and I very well know how seriously people have taken that.
You are already consuming enough sugar with your coffee, tea, and milkshakes. The cold drinks which are just sugar syrups are just destroying you from within by adding more and more empty calories inside and nothing else. Which will then result in increased fat percentage and then tons of other diseases because of that.
And hence, avoiding refined sugar can be one of your best life saviors. Apart from the healthy fat levels, some other positives which I saw in my daily life are reduced mood swings and a lot of saved money, which otherwise would have been spent on useless drinks and junk and then in future will be spent again to fix the issues caused by that.
Physical fitness

This is one of those which many people around age 40s and 50s regret directly or indirectly. In the 20s and 30s, we don’t bother about what we are doing to our body, what we are putting into our body, which affects us in the future. One very important thing to understand is that you are investing for your future self by staying fit today.
I have seen people who are in the 60s and are much fitter than many 30-year-olds; I am sure you might have also seen those types of people. They aren’t genetically very unique, they’ve just worked upon themselves, they’ve been conscious about their physical fitness, and are there to prove that your body doesn’t get weaker in your 40s, and 50s, it’s you who make it weaker.
And not just that, you will get immense benefits of exercising in your present itself like improved brain activity, stress and anxiety relief, fat control, better sleep, improved concentration, getting strong in general and a lot more benefits.
You don’t need to hit the gym every day to ensure physical fitness, even a 30 minutes walk or a 15 minutes jog is enough to start seeing the results. You can always improve upon that according to your need and want. Starting is what matters the most, once you get going, the path automatically shows up.
