1. You Keep Pressing Forward

A spiritual awakening can be so much fun in spirit, but it can get so hard on the physical level. There are times when you’re so tired you don’t think you can go on. There are times you will feel so weak it feels as if there’s no energy left within your spine to move your bones.

You know how fun the awakening journey is and how hard the process can be so it’s important to be reminded of just how strong you’ve always been.

Think back on yourself. You’ve been doing it all on your own. You’ve had to do it all on your own despite praying to God to send help. You wish for someone to come but there’s no one to call. There was no one there but you kept pressing forward when you could have given up and that shows you are stronger than you seem.

You’ve lived through very hard times and so you can take it easy on yourself. You’ve been through a lot and so you give yourself love and you show yourself kindness and compassion.

You’ve had to do it alone and pick yourself up every time you were breaking down within yourself. You had to hold it all together so you didn’t fall apart. You’ve had to be strong. You’ve been so strong. You’ve been as strong as a warrior battling things the world knows nothing about.

You’re healing yourself in your pain, transforming yourself in the darkness, and growing where you are buried.

Now you’re able to pick yourself up quicker because you just love you so much you wouldn’t let you fall.

Walking in the darkness, through the waters, and through the fire, you’ve somehow managed to survive. And you’re thriving and growing through it all. This proves you’re so much stronger than you seem.

There are many times you had to do it all on your own because there was no one there. You kept pressing forward when you could have given up and that shows you are stronger than you seem.

2. You Work on Yourself

You know you’re stronger than you seem when you work so hard. You work on everything else and you still manage to work on yourself. You do it believing that is the most important work you will ever do.

If you’re not right within yourself, you’re of no use to anyone. You make sure you are okay first.

You see that you deserve the same love, respect, and attention you give everyone else. You love yourself a lot. It’s always been you and yourself through it all. You truly have compassion for yourself for all that you’ve been through. You take care of yourself because there’s no one to do it.

You take care of yourself because you are worthy. You work hard and you deserve care. It takes someone very strong to see this.

You are so strong because you do things that help you heal, grow, and evolve. You read self-help books to expand your mind. You learn from teachers to help your soul evolve. You’re not afraid to ask for guidance when you need it. And because you do all this work on yourself, you are able to achieve great things.

When your best friend works hard to achieve great things, you give them a pat on the back and say, “Awesome work!” When you’ve become your own best friend, you’re able to give yourself a pat on the back when you do a great job and say to yourself, “Awesome work!”

You know you’re stronger than you seem when you work so hard. You work on everything else and you still manage to work on yourself.

3. You Face Your Fears

Fear wants you to cower before it. It wants you to run and hide. Fear wants to see you beg for mercy. You are so much stronger than you seem when fear is something you face head-on.

You face your fears and deal with them.

Fear is a spirit. You are aware of that and so you deal with fear as it comes in. You address it right then and there. Why is it there and what does it want? Where is love because love would have driven it out?

You do not allow your fears to bully you around. You say enough is enough and you stand up to it. You stand up to your fear and it eventually leaves you alone. It takes the most powerful of strong persons to gain that kind of power and control over their fears.

You are so strong and so you’re able to talk to your fears, embrace your insecurities, soothe your weakness and make friends with your shadows. It takes strength and courage.

It takes love.

Fear can’t stand before perfect love. You choose love and so you’re able to get through anything that comes your way. Because you have love, you are so much stronger than your fears.

And because of this inner strength you have, you are going to be just fine no matter what you may go through.
