As the entire world is facing the problem of the coronavirus and — “WHO” had declared it’s a pandemic.
So things are getting from ordinary to critical, and we need to admit that.
That’s why we have to keep a distance from each other because this virus is spreading from touching each other.
That’s why people are getting mentally troubled because now they will be separated from each other. And according to some reports divorce rate and the suicide rate is increasing.
You know that this is not the first time when we are facing any epidemic or pandemic. We have faced such problems in the past, but we never learned anything, due to our ignorant nature that’s why we are suffering problem.
Problems like this can’t be solved quickly, and panicking is not the option.
As per the current situation, the entire world is under this pandemic and deaths numbers are growing like the stock market.
Coronavirus has caused many problems because people are losing their jobs and they’re out of money, and now they are struggling for their livelihood and daily basic needs.
In situations like this, getting angry and terrified is normal because everyone wants to live. But problems don’t end here people are coming out of their homes to protest against racism and joining political campaigns.
One side we’re falling to arrange beds for the people are getting sick because of the corona; on the other hand, we are trying to increase the number of death rates.
This post is not for sharing problems that are caused by COVID-19, but it’s for sharing a few tips that will help you to overcome your fear and anxiety which you’re facing because of coronavirus.

1. Meditation frees you from depression and anxiety
It does not protect you from depression and anxiety — it only makes your mind sharp and powerful. And if your brain is powerful than you can easily overcome all problems; otherwise, you’ll just panic in every small situation of your life.
Currently, people are focusing on becoming powerful from outside, and they are ignoring the importance of the inside.
I have seen people with having the most durable bodies but failing to deal with small problems of life.
So, you need to take care of your inside more than the outside because if you’re okay with your “thoughts” and “emotions”, you can deal with all problems of the world.
Why do you need to get rid of depression and anxiety?
The problem with depression and anxiety is they create hallucinations in your mind, because of that, you are not able to create positive thoughts for yourself.
When you are under the state of hallucinations, you are not capable of differentiating between your original thoughts and thoughts you’re getting due to illusions.
That’s the reason a person behaves abnormal and wants to be alone in the depressed state of mind. If someone is creating negative thoughts for a long time, then he will soon end up getting depressed.
You must know this, negativity is the cause of depression and anxiety.
For getting rid of depression and anxiety, one must create positive thoughts and keep checking on what kind of ideas he has been getting lately.
2.Overthinking
There are two aspects of looking at overthinking. Either you call it a problem to bliss.
When overthinking is a problem?
Overthinking becomes a problem; when you’re creating too many negative thoughts, and these negative loops kills your happiness.
When overthinking is a bliss?
Overthinking becomes bliss when you’re using it for your benefit and creating productive thoughts about your progress and God.
So, you need to decide; how you want to use your overthinking?
If you’re done with overthinking, then meditation can help you get rid of it.
How to get rid of overthinking?
For getting rid of overthinking you need to understand, why you’re overthinking?
Is thinking can change anything? Or regret that you have for something changing anything for you?
What’s your answer?
I think it must be “no ” because overthinking does not change anything; it only drains your mental energy and increases the chances of depression for you.
That’s why you need to stop thinking too much if you’re failing at it, just use your thoughts correctly yo get rid of it
3. Too much feeling of everything
It’s a serious issue; some people feel more than normal, it’s like, they suffer their problems as well as problems of others.
It sounds funny, but it’s a serious problem. I am not saying — you don’t have to be sympathetic, but over-feeling is dangerous for you.
You have seen people who over sympathies things and if you don’t support them, they are like, “you are not human”.
These people have over-feelings of everything, anger, sympathy, and love e.t.c. You can call them pensive.
It’s not bad to have sympathy and other feelings, but you need to have balance because you’re not capable of changing the lives of all the people on this planet.
If you keep getting depressed for others, then it’s not right for you and your mental health.
I used to be like that a few years ago, once I was returning to my home from Jaipur (Rajasthan), at the railway station, A lady came to me and said, I don’t have money for a ticket and want to go back to my home.
I was like okay, I just gave her some of my money, and I left for my train. After two months I visited Jaipur again and when I was crossing the station, the same lady came to me with the same dialogue, I was like what happened you haven’t gone to your home last time.
She just ran off after listening to my words.
Then I realized the problem with over sympathy is; you can be tricked easily, and that’s a problem for you.
How to get rid of too much feeling of everything?
Meditation can help, but before that, you need an understanding of things and people.
You need to admit that you’re not capable of changing all people and situations. Things will happen the way they happen.
Like coronavirus is out you can not overreact to this, because that will not help.
You need to learn to see things the way they are — becoming part of everything will become a drag for you. And in the long term, it will affect your life badly.
So before sympathizing anyone you need to sympathize yourself.
4. Taking Blame for everything.
I know you’re familiar with this. Some of you may be having this problem of blaming yourself for everything that you have done wrong, and others have done wrong.
You need to understand. It’s useful to take responsibility but always because sometimes these responsibilities (Blame) become a burden, and you start getting depressed.
You need to think through this — because things will happen anyway if you take the Blame or not, it doesn’t matter.
But, if you keep blaming yourself for everything that you have not done or not done; it’s no good for you, these things will only affect your mental state.
You may have seen this in movies; people take the Blame for something that they have not done and ended up ruining their personal life.
I think you’re more mature than this because sometimes people do things on purpose maybe they are deceiving you, and you’re falling for it.
You need not be too innocent or caring for everyone.
The balance of everything is good and too much of everything is a disease.
If your body temperature increases; what the doctor will say? You have a temperature, and the same goes with life if everything gets beyond limits, it becomes a disease.
How to get rid of this?
You don’t need to worry too much about people just keep a balance and do not give too much importance to others.
You do not need meditation for this only developing some common sense will be enough. And meditation can help in developing common sense.
5. FOMO (fear of missing out)
Most people are suffering from this because they compare themselves with others too much.
They want to live life, like others and want to do things others are doing. If they fail in doing so, they become a victim of FOMO.
Just open your mind and think, even a child knows we all are different, and we all have different life conditions.
If we are wasting our time in thinking that somebody, out there, having fun and we are not; it’s the highest level of stupidity.
This simply shows we are not happy with our lives; we are comparing our lives with others.
It’s the clear indication of inconclusiveness, and you think by doing things that others are doing will fulfil your life? Maybe! Or maybe not?
If you do not realize this on time, it will become a severe issue in the future.
How to Get rid of FOMO?
FOMO is something that you create; it has nothing to do with others; you have created it.
It happens because from school days; we have been taught that we need to be ahead of someone — so we are just trying to do that in all conditions, even by trading our lives.
I know it’s difficult to watch others having fun, lol. But you don’t need to do the same thing they are doing.
There are so many other ways of having fun; you need to do those things that you enjoy, not what others are doing.
You need to give away this habit of “Nobita” if Sunio got a new video game — he also wants the same Video Game; otherwise, you know what he’ll do.
Just Get over it, and make your own choices, not by looking at some videos and posts on social media.
I believe People are becoming victims of FOMO only because of social media Because they are consuming too much of it, and wants the same things in their lives.
Just save yourself before it’s too late; Otherwise, you’ll end up wasting your life, without exploring and experiencing anything.
