Why is it necessary to avoid waste thoughts

You must avoid all kinds of waste thoughts, words and actions.

Before starting this post, you must understand every type of waste must be avoided compared to thoughts, actions and words that you speak from your mouth.

The reason for this is quite simple. If you are getting too much waste thoughts, then you’re losing the high amount of energy, which will later become a reason for your depression or any other psychotic illness.

The same goes for your words and actions if you’re speaking words that are not required and doing unnecessary things, then they will create problems for you in the future. As I’ve mentioned this in my previous articles that your “thoughts are the source of your words and actions ” and your actions create your fate. So you must consider managing your “thoughts ” because only by controlling your thoughts, you can manage your activities, energies and outcomes.

Why must you avoid waste thoughts?

As you know that it’s a belief “thoughts can not be controlled” or should I say? It’s impossible to control thoughts!

The reason behind this is, the human mind gets a lot of thoughts.

According to some Experts, the mind thinks between 60,000–80,000 thoughts a day. That’s an average of 2500–3,300 thoughts per hour.

What we call “normal” is not so normal?

These numbers are way bigger than one can handle, but we call it normal.

As I’ve discussed this before, things that we don’t understand, we consider them normal or natural.

So, the same is happening with the thoughts, and I think 60–80 thousand thoughts per day or 40 to 50 “thoughts ”per minute are not normal at all.

I guess, I never got these many thoughts in a day, that’s what I can say with confusions? Because I never counted my thoughts.

Is it wrong to have these many thoughts?

Yes! 100%. Why?

The reason is simple; your thoughts affect your energies directly; you can say they consume your energies and affects your mind and body. How?

If you’re creating too many thoughts per minute than your energies will deplete with a very fast rate, and you’ll feel low and dispersed the entire day.

Not only this, but other problems also caused by overthinking.

  1. Anxiety.
  2. Mood off.
  3. Negativity.
  4. Low energies.
  5. Oversleeping.
  6. Tiredness.
  7. Depression ( this one is prevalent).

These all are caused only by overthinking or having too many thoughts.

I know that it is quite challenging to control your thoughts completely, but according to many mystics and gurus, it’s possible to reduce“ the number of thoughts per minutes”.

You can reduce your thoughts to that level where they will not harm you and your energies.

Before moving to that, you must know that is different between the peaceful state of mind and peaceless state of mind?

There is only one difference between both state of mind “number of thought”.

If the person gets fewer thoughts, he is in a peaceful state of mind. And if he gets too many thoughts, he is in peaceless state of mind.

I hope you got the point, all the meditation techniques and yoga these all help in reducing the speed of thoughts.

That’s the reason mystics and people who carry mediation in their lives are more peaceful than so-called healthy people.

Now, How overthinking kill your energies?

You can compare this with your cell phone battery.

Your cell phones battery depends on the number of apps you use, if you use more apps, the battery will drain faster, and if you use fewer apps, the battery will last longer.

The same goes for your energies; they solely depend on your thoughts. Some thoughts enhance your energies, and some deplete your energies.

So, if you are overthinking, then you’ll act like a peaceless freak and always get irritated by everything because of overthinking make you struggle with your decisions too.

How can you reduce the number of thoughts?

You only need two things.

  1. Awareness.
  2. Practise.

Awareness is essential for controlling anything, i.e. bothering you for a long time.

The same goes for your thoughts.

First, you need to develop an awareness that getting too many thoughts is not healthy because you’ve considered it reasonable that’s by you are facing the problem of overthinking.

Once you know overthinking is a problem, now you can solve it; otherwise, you can remain as you want.

For solving this problem, you need a deep awareness of your thoughts! You must know; what you can think of?

For example; you are getting too many thoughts of something, and you know that these thoughts are not related to you and do not have any meaning in your life.

Like, you are thinking of changing your past and wants some events of the past to get corrected, and you are spending thinking hours for it, even after knowing that it’s not possible!

Or you are thinking of hurting someone for no reason or creating hate for someone e.t.c.

These thoughts are waste, and I think you must not hold them.

Once, you get aware of the unnecessary thoughts that you are getting, which are not related to you.

Now, you can neglect those thoughts by regular practice.

2. Practise.

For changing your thoughts, you need some-time, and you need to be punctual with these things that I am mentioning below.

  1. First, you need to jot down all the thoughts that you’re getting lately.
  2. Now neglect the unnecessary thoughts.
  3. Prepare a list of positive thoughts that you must think.
  4. Repeat those thoughts very often until they get attached to your brain normally.
  5. Do not try to have many at a time; just start with 1–2 thoughts.

You need to have practice because it’s not going to work overnight; it will take some-time.

Just know this, your thoughts play a very vital role in your life. If you can manage your thoughts, you can handle 99% of things accurately of your life.

Even“ the law of attraction” is fully based on the thought patterns.

So, you need to see what kind of thoughts you’re creating for yourself, positive or negative? Because your thoughts will affect your life.

There are two types of thoughts.

  1. Positive thoughts.
  2. Negative thoughts.

Positive thoughts- Thoughts which enhances your energy levels and makes you peaceful, you can call them positive thoughts.

Like, Prayers, Mantras, Chants, And loveful and motivating thoughts for self and others.

Negative thoughts- Thoughts which depletes your energies and create negative vibes within a person. You can call them negative thoughts.

These thoughts create sufferings and pain in the person mind and make a person depress and sad.

For example; “ I am a peaceful soul ”and“ I am a lovely person” these are positive thoughts.

“I hate you” and “I want to kill you ” These are negative thoughts.

Now, you know the difference; it’s up to you what you want to think and create for yourself because according to me, you are the most important person for yourself. So save yourself first then save others.

Rest other things are temporary.
