Fiction: Carve does charge a $3.00 reading fee for non-subscribers, so keep this in mind if you are thinking of submitting to them. They accept simultaneous submissions but only want one story submitted at a time. This means that before you submit again, you need to wait for a response to your previous submitted story.
They do not want genre fiction and only accept novel excerpts if they can stand alone. There is no minimum word count, but the maximum word count is 10,000. All works submitted must be previously unpublished.
