3 Natural Ways That Should Lead You Out Of Depression Remarkably Easy
Non-overcomplicated ways that set you onto the positive train track fast, and easy

What am I going to do now?
It’s a question that many people struggle with.
The issue lies in the middle of a lack of clarity, focusing only on negative elements, boredom, and the inability to see possibilities. The aftermatch most often leads toward a sedentary lifestyle and procrastination. In the end, one often tends to imagine a sense of failure…
Certain elements which cause depression are:
- Poor nutrition (Acidic system, Electrolyte deficit & dehydration)
- Reduced sunlight absorption
- Environmental influences
- Irregular rhythm
- Internet media
- Social status
It’s a disrupture of your PBSE (Physiological Balance Search Engine). Also known as ‘homeostasis,’ a dynamic search process mainly influenced by your lifestyle and thoughts.
The baseline is nobody wants to feel depressed or be surrounded by depressed people.
So there’s only one thing to do next: find solutions.
Finding solutions is the next hurdle in the life of a depressed person. Matter of speech, when being depressed, all you see are hurdles. However, this shouldn’t be the case.
“When you aren’t depressed, life will unfold in magical ways.”
We send out what we think about and attract how we feel. When you feel good, you’ll be more likely to attract positive things in life. Your family will benefit from you feeling great! Only thinking positively sets up a chain reaction toward happiness and increases the value of life tremendously.
If you strive for that, follow me as we go through three simple ways to turn the tide among depressed people.
The thing is, you want to see the horizon clearly.
A clear future perspective opens a path, A guideline, a plan, something which makes it easier to work toward.
You could see this as not needing to start writing on a blank page.
Writing content is easier when you’re not staring at a blank page. When you’ve already written the head and subtitle, added an image, and outlined your post, you’ll find it easier to write content.
Besides that, writing and reading can function as your own therapy to battle depression.
Depressed people often miss clarity, and a reason, mainly caused by the wrong focused attention or narrowed zoom.
What are you going to do now?
Remember, Depression is a state which you can switch on and off. Certain practices, as those explained here, are tools to improve homeostasis and regain positivity. Once that’s done, it will become easier for you to turn that mental switch.
“Focus on the possibility for success, not on the potential for failure.”
-Napoleon Hill-
#1 Seek Excitement
Heart rate frequency is a physiological indicator that could help measure excitement. Excitement comes in peaks. Depression elevates your heart rate chronically. You want to regain control over your state, so you can shift whenever is needed.
Most of the time, depressed people don’t seem to find a way of doing this.
Here are a few ways to get excited:
- Love
- Learn something new
- Practice gratitude daily
- Be hunting down interests
- Give at least a compliment a day
- Breathing exercises (shamanic breathing circle)
- Make a habit of learning from past mistakes (See the positive in the negative)
- Meet with someone meaningful (Online/Offline)
- Make a physical product (Make something tangible)
- Undertake action unexpectedly out of your comfort zone
Steal this list, copy it to the startup screen of your computer, or write it down on a sheet of paper and stick it on the inside of your bedroom door, wall, or refrigerator. Make sure you have no chance to avoid it.
Pick three things that you think are easy to perform and give them a try. You want to aim towards things that allow you to be creative and provide you with fulfillment.
“When we memorize addictive emotional states, such as guilt, shame, anger, fear, anxiety, judgment, self-importance, or hatred, we develop a gap between how we appear and how we are.”
-Joe Dispenza-
#2 Manage A Hybrid Job System
Find a physical labor job that seems to like a challenge to you.
Because a physical labor job will increase your conductivity, the challenge is mainly for your learning (fulfilling) curve. Forget the money for a second 99% of the physical labor jobs wouldn’t make you rich, so don’t stress about it. Make sure it’s something that you want to do but with a steady schedule. Certain industries kick your circadian rhythm out of balance, which you want to avoid!
Strangely or not, today, this is a counterintuïtive way that most of the internet tries to avoid.
From my experience,
I’ve found that performing physical labor, especially outside has great positive effects on your mental state.
When a certain job is tough enough, it can even provide you with a 5-hour daily gym session.
Working outside during cold winter times, in the rain or even in the snow, can be tough. The magic happens when you take a break or your entire working day is finished. The movement and contact with nature enable your body to optimize PBSE.
You’ll sleep better, toxins will be cleaned out properly, and nutrients will be transported more efficiently.
These days more and more rumors about depressed people float around. Arguably or not, this elevated state runs linearly with the number of people who perform physically less demanding jobs.
Often there are two problems concerning physically demanding jobs, the low pay rates in correlation with your time spend.
Blend in something else you choose…
My suggestion: ‘Search to manage a hybrid system for yourself.’
Work a part-time labor job combined with some physically less demanding job, or an online entrepreneurial-ish job. This combination can provide you with a mighty weapon to battle depression off.
Find excitement in small things. Learning to enjoy the present moment more is such a hidden gem. The elements of nature vibrate similarly to the energy within our bodies. So synchronizing those vibrations will calibrate your system best!
“Stare at the blue color in the sky, not the clouds.”

#3 Improve Sleep Quality
Here real magic will happen. Ultimately, whatever approach you follow, whatever fabulous therapeutic way they will present to you.
Sleep is the self-therapy that you need.
Something that came to notice the other day,
When you dissect most of the therapeutic approaches towards solving a mental disorder like depression, if not all, there is no denying that those methods imitate what your optimal natural sleep system does.
So, what If I told you that solving depression and sleeping together walk hand in hand?
Here’s a solution that can solve both of these problems remarkably easily:
Breath control
When you focus on breath control, you are getting in control of your physiological state. Controlling your breath means you control your body.
- Nasal breathwork practices
- Meditation
- Exercise
These are three ways that will improve your ability to control your breath. Ultimately, it’s all about balancing yourself and connecting with your inner self.
I’ll let you in on a secret:
“Exercising will indirectly tackle everything at once.”
For instance, HIIT and weight-resistance training can influence BDNF markers positively. BDNF is a crucial signaling protein for neurological and mental health. BDNF can improve your mood and reduce anxiety, two important triggers in improving depression and sleep.
This can be increased naturally by focusing on the following:
- Sleep
- Exercise
- Mediation
- Nutritional efficiency
BDNF gets produced within these parts of your brain:
- Basal forebrain
- Hippocampus
- The cortex
- Cerebrum
What are the benefits of increased BDNF levels?
- Improved working memory
- Enhanced problem-solving
- Higher levels in check will have you more resilient to neurodegenerative diseases.
- BDNF has shown some relative benefits in open-skills exercises and executive function. Great functioning cognitive abilities are important to operating well throughout your daily life.
You want to improve your sleep quality to get out of depression, but you can’t get sleep, can’t you?
Focus on this:
1. Hypnotize yourself by giving daily cues
Tell yourself you are an extremely good sleeper multiple times a day, write it down on paper and look at it a few times a day.
Understand that small negative suggestions have accumulated over time, inducing chronic depression. This is the purest form of hypnosis.
Habits of thought are truly underestimated. When people mention habits, most will imagine your daily habitual actions. But it goes deeper than this. An easy way to hypnotize yourself is by self-suggestions.
When are you most suggestible?
This depends on your brainwave state. When you wake up and want to go to bed near darkness, you often find yourself in the most suggestible states.
2. Eliminate or reduce smartphone use
Staring at a screen and scrolling all the time influences your heartbeat and strains your eyes. This contributes to becoming stressed over time.
Additionally, by checking the internet repetitively, seeing how green the grass is on the other side will automatically color your grass grey. Don’t let yourself be caught by that illusion.
People always want to compare. Perhaps this is one of the greatest reasons why people become depressed. While knowing now that checking the green grass of others repetitive votes into a negative spiral, I don’t need to tell you that not checking your smartphone so much will automatically leave your grass greener.
In the last two decades, we all became significantly connected through screens. Although it has advantages, you’ll positively alter your state when reducing screen time. In the blend, the lockdown periods didn’t help anybody either.
3. Exercise and come outside more daily
Happiness and satisfaction are two things that induce sleep hormones. When achieving a state like that by the end of your day, sleep is guaranteed.
Happiness and satisfaction are your hunts, and why you should try these ways out of depression. Exercising is one of the tools that help you focus on the present moment. I find it a great way to separate yourself from environmental distractions as early as possible, start separating yourself from environmental distractions, and start your day on a positive note.
“Wake up determined. Go to bed satisfied.”
- Dwayne Johnson -
Still, nature holds the best weapon to neutralize our senses. Getting in contact with nature is a true gem to lose all arousal.
Time spent outdoors can influence grey matter volume in the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. It’s a must method in terms of physical health and cognitive function. It’s hard to tell what causes the positive effect exactly. Possible it’s the interplay of all elements together which calibrates your natural state:
- Smells
- Sunlight
- Movement
- Temperature
- Organic colors
- Outside noises
Chances are that the timing of the day, location on earth, and the season will magnify or demagnify the power of this terrific interplay. Outside exposure also increases your rate of dreaming significantly!
Why?
Possibly because of the outbalancing effect. Sleep will become the result of your day. Your body will crave sleep. All of this can be seen as incremental steps to step away from depression.
Also, Blue UV light seems superior to other lights in the spectrum to counter the effects of depression. Think of those countries where during the winter darkness strikes for longer durations, suicide numbers are noteworthy higher.
4. Bring nature in
Depressed people will have excuses ready. In a way, they’ll guide you around the bush. Or they’ll engage with a constant note of negativity or push people away and withdraw in their negative spiral.
When you tell them to go out and walk, when you will want them to do something away from their vicious cycle of negativity, trying to cheer them up, their mind will provide them with a list of why it’s not possible. Instead of providing them with a possibility list.
Get more plants in the house.
Snake plants, for instance. They are believed to be air purifiers. They emit oxygen at night that helps you sleep better. Snake plants can reduce stress and improve your mood. Snake plant propagation can improve your mental state. The Chinese like snake plants for their ability to absorb negative energy.

Following some of these easy-to-adopt approaches to battle depression will likely reinforce your chances of maintaining positive stability because you did it by yourself.
This will raise your confidence level and equip you mentally with the hammer of Thor to knock down depression instantly.
If you are always focussed on worries, doubt, negativity, fear, stress,… Then that’s the world you’ll experience.
On the other side, there lies enormous growth!
When you are always focused on positive thoughts, happiness, and a great future, focus on the things that you want to create. Once you manage, there’s no limit to what you can accomplish.
Not easy, you say?
Never say something isn’t easy. Everything is just a thought away from seeing a bright future perspective.
It all depends on what you let yourself be subjected to consistently. Set up your environment so that your subconscious mind has no other option than to absorb positive elements. Train your subconscious mind to work for you, not against you. Call it a conscious self-proclamation of your subconscious mind.
What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.
-Buddha-
So what are you going to do now?
There’s only one option, seek positivity.
Enjoy the great moment you’re in now.
Absorb, Read, Write, Sleep, Exercise, Thrive!
Thanks for reading this post! More and more stories started to float about people in negative spirals, which triggered me to write about depressive states, which could help people see perspective again. It has been a long time since I wrote a post with a psychological touch. I hope it serves great value. (I’m a dream analyst and therapist, not a psychologist, this is not meant as advice, merely to raise the awareness of natural possibilities that could help counter the effects of mild depression)
P.S.:
I’m a firm believer in building a prosilient mind.
