Abstract

The article "These are the Most Effective Ways to Raise your Vibration" discusses the concept of personal vibration as an emotional state akin to an energy frequency. It suggests that raising one's vibration involves aligning with one's true authentic self, characterized by high-frequency emotions such as love and joy, which are often naturally present in children. The text underscores that while short-term activities like exercise and meditation can temporarily elevate one's vibration, lasting change requires deep inner work to address past traumas and negative emotional patterns. It provides six practical tips for raising and sustaining a high vibrational state: healing the past, self-generating positive thoughts and feelings, increasing resilience, practicing patience and discipline, using affirmations, and establishing daily spiritual practices. What does it even mean to raise your vibration? You hear the word vibration used a lot these days, but what does it even mean? Vibrate. Like the way our phones vibrate? The way the washing machine shakes? Or the way a building vibrates during an earthquake?

Well, scientifically, everything vibrates. Vibration is a person’s emotional state. The atmosphere of a place, or the associations of an object, as communicated to and felt by others.

You are vibrating right now as you read this. Energetically. Your desktop computer is vibrating. The table you are sitting at is vibrating. We do not always feel it or see it with our naked eyes, but even objects that appear to be stationary vibrate. Physics.

Everything vibrates at a certain frequency

So, what does it mean to raise your vibration? To raise your vibration means to embody more of your true authentic self. Let me explain.

Look at a child, for example. Children vibrate at such high frequencies. They are happy, full of love, and they live with no cares in the world. Love, joy, happiness, peace, contentment — these are all high-frequency emotions that you can observe in a child.

And that is our true state of being. Well, before life happens to us and changes us. Before the trauma happened. Before the person you thought would never hurt you, disappointed you. Painful stuff that happens in your life, if not healed, creates wounds in your energy field. Which weighs you down, vibrationally.

It is easy to raise your vibration and be happy when life is going great. But can you raise your vibration and keep it high when life gets hard and messy? That’s where it gets tricky. The idea that you can change your vibration instantly is a bit delusional.

Raising your vibration requires deep inner work

Activities like exercise, meditation, practicing gratitude, eating healthy and nourishing foods can raise your vibration for the short term. But your vibration doesn’t remain high because those are all superficial.

Negative emotions are part of being human. But constant feelings of emotions like anger, frustration, or sadness mean that something in your life needs to change. And until you address the situation, they will continue to show up for you to deal with.

Inner work is the practice of digging deep for the purposes of healing, self-exploration, and self-understanding.

Without the proper inner work, there is no healing or transformation. Raising your vibration, for good, requires going deep into the depths of your soul. To understand why you are the way you are.

Here are 6 tips to raise your vibration and keep it high.

1. Heal the past

Regardless of what you knew before, you can’t raise your vibration for good until you have healed the past. You can go to the gym, work out, and feel great! You can take the most luxurious bath, burn incense, and do spiritual practice.

But if you have things in your subconscious that need healing, you will wake up the next morning feeling the same way. You might wonder; How do I know if there is something from the past that needs healing?

Here are ways to know.

· You think about it a lot or you don't like to think about it at all.

· You don’t like to talk about it.

· There’s an emotional charge. Every time you think about it, you get angry or sad.

· You just know it.

2. Self-generate thoughts and feelings

When good things happen to you, you feel good. When bad things happen, you feel bad. But you can turn this around. How? Notice. Become aware. Be conscious. Observe your thoughts and do not become attached to it. Notice the way you are feeling from an outside perspective.

Let's say you are feeling sad and you call on your best friend. What would they say to you to make you feel better? Say it to yourself. Be nice to yourself. Show yourself love and compassion. If your friend was feeling bad and they called on you, you’d do anything to make them feel better, right?

Do those things for yourself. Hug yourself. Be there for yourself. Self-generate joy, peace, and love. The truth is nobody has your back like you have your back. Love yourself and generate the feelings you want to feel on purpose. This will reprogram your subconscious mind to feel more of those feelings.

Clean your house even in the middle of a difficult situation. A clean space brings feelings of calm and comfort.

3. Increase your Resilience

Resilience is the ability to bounce back when something bad happens to you. The faster you can bounce back from something bad happening to you, the higher your vibration.

No matter how good of a person you are, bad things are bound to happen. When bad things happen, don’t run from your emotions. Acknowledge your emotions, feel your emotions, release the emotions, then bounce right back!

Become an alchemist. When a problem arises, be solution-oriented. Instead of dwelling on the issue, focus on finding a solution. Wallowing and festering on a problem is the fastest way to decrease your vibration. It takes patience and discipline to change your thinking.

4. Patience and Discipline

But what has patience got to do with raising your vibration?

An impatient person gets easily frustrated and irritated when they don’t see changes as quickly as they’d like. They get angry, overwhelmed, sometimes even sad. These are all denser emotions that weigh you down and lower your vibration.

Patience is one of the hardest things! But it is crucial when it comes to raising your vibration. Be disciplined day after day, week after week, and year after year.

5. Affirmations

Mantras and positive affirmations help with raising your vibration. Painful things happen that don’t make any sense. Hold a greater vision no matter what! Repeat affirmations like,

I don’t understand what’s happening but I know it’s all for my highest good and someday it will all make sense.

Because the truth is, everything happens for a reason. Embrace change. Go with the flow. Things get easier. Focus on your purpose. Know your why. Even if you don’t know your why, know that it will be revealed to you in due time.

6. Establish daily spiritual practices.

If you believe in God, pray to Him daily. Ask your higher-self for help. Go out and connect with nature! Nature is healing. Communicate with yourself. Assure yourself everything will be ok (even when things suck).

The answers you seek all lie deep within you. Interact with life. Show up and go with the flow and you will be on your way to living a high vibrational life day after day.
