3 Misconceptions Of Having A Morning Routine.

How you start your morning does matter, but not in the way that many self-help guides are telling us.
Here are 3 myths and misconceptions that I’ve experienced through building my own morning routine:
“You’ve never had a morning routine”
That’s incorrect — you already have one… it just may not be how you want it. Try to change an existing habit and build a powerful routine around that to help jump start your day.
“You need to get up very early”
Not true — often people believe that in order to achieve more and get things done you need to wake up early because you’ll have more time but this is not a requirement. You ought to still focus on your wellbeing and a good nights sleep then take control of your morning once awake.
“You’ve got no time for a morning routine”
Stop making excuses immediately. It’s likely that you don’t want to make time for prioritising a morning routine but still have time to fill your day up with unproductive activities and procrastination.
There will always be a way to find or create time by prioritising what really matters to you and eliminating all of the other non-essentials in order to make it work.
