1-Intentional music listening

For most of us, listening to music is a daily part of our lives.

Whether we are driving, cooking, or working, music helps us to bring enjoyment to our day and it improves our mood.

But we can also use music for more than just a soundtrack to our lives, and let it transform our mindset.

We can do this by listening to music more intentionally, and even making playlists to let us set goals such as aiming to increase our energy or to feel more inspired.

By doing so we can shift our mindset within minutes, and this can improve our experience for the rest of the day.

2-Practicing visualization

Ever since we were children, everything to do with our imagination was a practice of visualization.

So visualization is not really a method, nor it needs to be taught.
