3 Important Things to Learn During a Spiritual Awakening

You’re not just a speck in the universe

1. You Are Never Truly Alone

If the sun is shining and warming your skin, you’re not alone. If the air is blowing a cool breeze on your face and cooling you down, you’re not alone. If there are trees nearby calling out to you in a whistle, you’re not alone. If there’s water where you are, even if it’s quenching your thirst, you’re not alone. If there’s the smallest animal say an ant gathering food nearby, you’re not alone. And as the rocks lay there quietly watching your every move, you’re never alone.

That feeling of being alone, especially the one you feel when you're going through a spiritual awakening, can be crippling but that's just an illusion.

You’re never truly alone. The universe is alive and it’s all around you.

A spiritual awakening can be one of the most disorienting and confusing things to happen to you, and no one ever expects one. It just arrives and changes your life and it's almost always for the better.

It may happen after a devastating breakup with a long-time lover, the death of a loved one or a near-death experience, an existential or midlife crisis, a loss of a job or home and, in these times, a global pandemic.

Spiritual awakening does a good job of stripping away everything you were used to and sometimes that includes the people you thought you couldn’t do without. When this happens, it’s easy to think that you’re all alone and that the universe has abandoned you on those dark nights.

But you’re never abandoned.

As you keep learning, you find that there’s a supreme being running this entire universe and, as part of the whole who plays a part in helping run the universe, you are cared for and protected at all times.

And alone is something you never are because there are angels going before you to make sure there are no obstacles or dangers in your path. This supreme being cares about you and your role in all this and keeps a watchful eye on you even when you feel like you’re just a speck in the universe.

You’re more than that.

You’re so important you have Ascended masters interceding for you, angels protecting you, spirit guides guiding you, spirit animals bringing your messages and everything in this universe conspiring to help you.

And then you have your soul communicating with you all the way home.

It may seem like you are alone when you turn around and no one is there, but you have the entire universe on your side. Even when you don’t see it, spiritual forces are working to help you succeed.

You have a team of spiritual support.

You may not see them with your two physical eyes but keep on learning and your spiritual eye will be wide open you could see and feel them working in your life.

When you see and feel that you’re not alone, you may even start to enjoy your alone times. You’ll crave it. Being alone will not bother or scare you so much.

People may say you’re a loner because you love being alone and you will agree to that.

Loners have a much greater purpose.

It may seem like you are alone when you turn around and no one is there, but you have the entire universe on your side.

2. Your Life Has A Greater Purpose

When awakening begins, you quickly learn that you’re a spiritual being having a human experience and during your short time here on earth, there’s a higher purpose for your life. There’s something you came on this journey to do and you must find out what it is.

You could save a life or a thousand when you find and fulfil your divine purpose. Your purpose will help humanity in a way.

You learn that this physical world is more spiritual than you thought. The things that happen are more spiritual than it is physical and you can see that very clearly during an awakening.

The things you thought mattered are superficial and shallow, and you learn that life goes much deeper.

You learn that your life has a greater purpose, and that purpose is more than getting a job, acquiring wealth, getting married, having kids, and then dying. There’s more to life than that.

You begin to have a deeper meaning in life.

You see that life is more than waking up and going back to sleep, following a routine, or working for others for the rest of your life.

A spiritual awakening teaches you that there’s a higher purpose and each and every person has a purpose to fulfil. You learn that to know what your purpose is in life, you must first remember who you are and get to know yourself all over again.

Once you do, your greater purpose is revealed to you, and then you have a role to play.

There’s a higher purpose in life and every person has a purpose to fulfil.

3. Everything Happens For A Reason

A spiritual awakening teaches you that nothing in life is an accident or a coincidence and that everything happens for a reason.

You learn that it’s a spiritual law that must be lived by to live a truly fulfilling life.

Everything that happens in life happens to bring a change or to teach you a valuable lesson. It may be happening because of your own vibration, attracting things and experiences to you.

This helps you see and understand the reason certain things are happening in your life. The pain, the suffering, the disappointments have all shaped you into who you are now. Then you see that even pain has a purpose.

When you can understand this, you go through life with an open mind ready to learn new things about this universe or learn new lessons from the things that happen.

After the disorientation of a spiritual awakening comes a sense of awareness, a gift of spiritual wisdom, and for those advanced souls who keep learning and growing, they may keep climbing on the scale and reach enlightenment.

It may seem like you are alone when you turn around and no one is there, but you have the entire universe on your side.
