3 Exercises Which Can Help With “Bedroom Time”!
I’m sure most people would say they do well with bedroom activities. But just in case you’re wondering if you could improve, here are three tips you may want to check into.
The more people I talk to about this, the more of the same answer I keep hearing. Most people, not all people, want to make sure their partner is happy in the bedroom. Think about your own situation. Are you only doing it to satisfy only your urges?
What puts a smile on your face more, you being satisfied or knowing you satisfied your partner? I would venture to say pleasing others is more satisfying to most people.
So, I wanted to give a couple of exercises, or activities, to help overcome, we’ll just use the term inadequacies, you may have when it comes to bedroom activities.
In no particular order, here ya go…
Do You Want To Last Longer?
Most people understand when, let’s just call it PERFORMING in the bedroom, the heart rate increases. When the heart increases and starts pumping harder, the body gets tired quicker. The harder the heart has to work, the quicker the body gets tired and just gives out. Which is something NO ONE wants in the bedroom!
So, if you didn’t know, the heart is a muscle and it should be worked as other muscles. Without getting into a lot of details and doctor type stuff, lets just say a nice cardio routine, done regularly, would really help strengthen the heart. With a stronger heart, the body doesn’t get tired as quick, and therefore, can usually last longer during certain activities. (do you see where I’m going with this yet?)
A nice cardio routine would be biking or the elliptical.

Getting Out Of The Dark
Are you the type of person who would rather “do it” with the lights out? Why is that? Could it be because you would rather your partner not see what you look like naked? That’s usually the reason. Which may mean you lack confidence, which can be changed.
One of the best ways to make yourself feel better and gain confidence is getting your body to look better and feel better. There’s nothing sexier than someone who is confident about themselves. If you feel you have a nice body, then you have no problem showing it off!
The question then comes into play, how does one develop a nice body. The best way I believe is by resistance type of workouts. I say resistance workouts because the only way muscles form and shape is by using them. In other words, putting resistance on your muscles.
And, I believe a nice body, male or female, is one with some sort of muscle definition. Different people like different body shapes, so there is not perfect solution to this. But, there basic principles, or routines one can follow to help develop a nicer body, whatever that means to you.
Of course, there are all kinds of workouts to follow, but I would recommend some sort of full body workout. Those could be found and followed just about anywhere on the internet.
How About Trying Different Positions?
Do you ever try to get into different positions but feel awkward doing it? I used to say things like “my body doesn’t bend that way”.
Have you ever had the excuse “why would anyone ever want to do that?” when you knew you just couldn’t maneuver your body in that particular way?
Well, if you really wanted to, you could. But you may have to check your ego at the door and start exercising in a way you’ve never thought of before.
YOGA is a GREAT workout, and it is not just stretching your muscles.
Yoga is all about STRENGTH and FLEXIBILITY! Yes, that’s right! Incorporating Yoga into your exercise life will help you see (and DO) changes you may never thought possible!
If you want to be more adventurous with your partner, yoga just might be the key.
There are different types of yoga, so don’t think one-size-fits-all when it comes to yoga, so do some research. Your partner may appreciate it!
So there you have it, three exercises or activities that could possibly help you achieve more in the bedroom. Look into each one and go for it!
