Time To Cleanup Your Bicycles

Generally, I do not read newspapers. But today I just thought to empty my letterbox so I opened it and saw that there was a newspaper.

I thought I was trying to improve my German Language skills, so let’s take it to the apartment and read a bit.

That happened before too, when I take them to my apartment and then don’t read it.

The moment I put it on the table, a headline on the front page caught my attention. It was (in German):

Tanken wird teurer

that means ‘refueling becomes more expensive’. That was not a piece of good news, that was bad news.

I was very happy for the last 2 months because the prices were somehow stable. Last week, one of my colleagues told me that the prices will be high in the next year. I thought maybe it was not authentic so I didn’t care much, but now it seems to be correct.

If I read it correctly, from 1st January the Benzine price will be increased by 4.3 cents per liter, and the Diesel price will be increased by 4.7 cents per liter.

The time has come to move your legs, which means removing the bicycles from the store rooms.

For motivation, I would say there are two benefits of that. First, it is good for health, and second, it is good for the pocket.
