- Silent your phone: I turned off notifications from social media apps, and mostly kept my phone on silent to help me do focused work. It insanely increased my focus, and reduce my anxiety.
- Staying away from energy drainers: There are always people who will take away all of your energy. Either it’s work or personal life. Learn to say no to meaning less chit chat, and gossip.
- Taking back control of my time: Your time is yours to live. If you are not sure where your majority of the time going, do a complete audit for a few weeks and eliminate, automate, or delegate to get back your time.
- Take care of your mental health: Declutter the mind via meditation, and stay away from news, negativity, and increase thinking time to get closer to self-awareness.
- Traveling: I started traveling to offbeat places to learn about local culture, and experience different cuisines as much as I can. Traveling will open up your mind beyond imagination.
- Fall in love: Being loved by someone genuinely is a rare feeling even if it doesn’t stay for long.
- Forgiveness: Forgive your past, and the people who have done wrong t you. there is no point clinging to it. Move on for your sanity.
- It’s okay not to follow trends and hypes: Things change every day and it’s humanely not possible to keep up with all the trends. Make yourself away from FOMO.
- Set your life priority right: Don’t settle between ruts and routine, If you think you are meant to do greater things, why not start doing them in real?
- Stop procrastinating: If you get an awesome idea, execute them as soon as possible. if you sit on the idea for long there are high chances you will never going to execute them.
- Give to the universe: Become the universe’s unstoppable force and joy will be your natural state of living. Positive vibes always attract positivity
- Night time routine: Night routine is as much as important as morning: set your nighttime routine right to get sound sleep.
- Move your body: Get some physical exercise. It could be any form and shape. Try dance, strength training, pilates, yoga, walking, or anything that can help you get some steps in.
- Get Sunshine: Warm sun rays can make you energetic and fill you with happiness. I take a short walk around my block to get some sunshine as well as steps.
- Create your future vision, and core values: Find what makes you tick, and keeps you going even in a difficult situation.
- Read books to enhance knowledge: whatever this world has to offer, it’s already written in books. Find the books that are in line with your future vision and where you want to reach. learn from it and put it to work.
- Be kind, always: No matter how stressful the situation is. try to be kind and empathetic. There is no other high power you can have.
- Eat mindfully: Eat greens, raw veggies, and wholesome food: your body will thank you.
- Start and figure it out later: That is my mantra right now. I get consumed with planning so much. Now I am focusing on actually doing the work with some plan or no plan.
- Recognize to listen to your body: Your burnout, your anxiety, and patterns of your mental health. And then analyze how you can change it. Take professional help if needed.
