Zoom
Alice watched the motorcycle go by her again. The muscles on the arms of the rabbit man bulged through his suit, and she could not explain how she felt as she walked to her apartment.

Based on a truish story.
Alice was about to cross the street to her apartment. The light had not changed yet when she saw the pale rabbit head on the body of a man in a three-piece suit on a motorcycle out of the corner of her eyes.
She could not explain the feeling inside her as she watched him zoom by. Alice pressed herself to the huge tree at the corner and caressed it, wondering if he would stop in front of her building. Held her breath as he zoomed past.
Alice did not think about it anymore as she walked into her building, though she could still hear the motorcycle.
Until the next night, when again she was about to cross the street and heard the motor first and then saw the pale rabbit ears above the three-piece suit on the motorcycle seat.
Alice watched the motorcycle go by her again. The muscles on the arms of the rabbit man bulged through his suit, and she could not explain how she felt as she walked to her apartment.
Alone.
Her life was empty now that her boyfriend had left, and she was in the apartment they had shared alone. Cooking all of their favorite meals for just herself.
The next night, she heard the motor and saw the pale rabbit ears at the same time.
“Alice.”
She turned and looked at the face of the rabbit man, which she had not done before.
He was not wearing a mask.
There was something familiar about his face, his body, and the way he looked at her.
“Cypress?”
The rabbit’s smile left no doubt to her that he was her ex. She was not sure why he was a rabbit, but she was not going to let him go. Alice knew what the feeling she felt was when she saw him the first night on the motorcycle, and there was no way she was going to let him go again.
She hopped onto the back of the motorcycle, which he indicated she should do without words. He handed her a helmet, and after she put it on, she held the muscles she knew and that had been hers forever again.
Alice would go wherever he was going to take her.
