You’ve Got To Stay Strong In Life During The Difficult Days
Your future very well depends on it
Lately, I can feel the stress increase.
Nothing too big.
Nothing dramatic.
Just a little here and there that is added to the scale.
You might not even notice something here or a little thing there. It could be almost nothing really, but maybe it’s a small thing.
It’s kind of like one extra snowflake on top of another, day after day, week after week. Surely one more snowflake can’t hurt anybody at all. It doesn’t seem possible.
I can sense the stress building up. No, I’m not under any great pressures that are unbearable. And yes, there are many who have it worse in all kinds of ways.
Believe me, I am thankful for all that I have and I count my blessings and lucky stars every single day.
But it is inescapable. Maybe it’s in the news too, this slow buildup of stress and tensions that doesn’t go away. One thing here is not a big deal. Another thing there doesn’t hurt at all. But it keeps adding up every single day.
What can you do about it? I mean, money is one thing. Insurance rates are increasing in such a way that it’s crushing millions of people. Inflation is keeping people out of restaurants and grocery stores. It’s getting harder to make it in this world.
Next, it has become a challenge just to physically get to work for many people. New cars are prohibitively expensive and repair costs are staggering. There is no end in sight for these costs and expenses.
- What is the solution?
- How do we cope?
- When do we get a break?
All I know is that we have to stay strong during these difficult times. It really matters a lot that we do that, especially if things start to get really bad in the world.
If you feel that one of your relationships is breaking down, take the time to have a conversation. Be the one to initiate it if the other person hasn’t done so.
Just talk a little and listen a lot more. Be willing to work on things and make a sacrifice here and there. Keep the family unit strong and powerful.
If your financial matters are not doing so well, work together and unite in a show of strength. Vow to save more money and reduce your costs. Find ways to protect your cash every way possible.
Your future depends on your level of strength and how you are going to get through the dark days ahead.
You’re going to need to be strong and powerful. You will need to stay calm and don’t panic when things get tough in the world.
This year, things might go sideways or they could go south. Whatever happens, make sure you reach out to somebody and let them know your situation and if you need somebody to lean on.
The good news is that you will always have your writer friends here on Medium. We’ve got plenty of words and phrases that will hopefully keep you confident and strong.
