You’ve Got No Chance Becoming a Top Writer if you Suffer From This One Thing
We want it all now, instantly, even though we don’t deserve it quite yet

Why are we all in such a hurry?
The want is for more money instantly, a better job title, losing weight, million-dollar writing contracts, building muscle or attracting more clients.
Sure, this is all good, and it’s great to have goals.
However, we need to have plans, or else we’d be like a ship in the water just floating wherever the tide and wind take us.
Being in control of your destiny is power — and it’s our right to go ahead and manifest our desires.
But the problem is — we were dreadfully impatient!
I’m impatient too. I have been for most of my life. It took my mum’s death to slow me down.
Why? Well, death is inevitable. So I walked into her cancer diagnosis, prepared to fight for her life. But eventually, we lost the fight, and it became a transition towards her death.
Death is the one thing we can never cheat.
Patience and self-acceptance were forced upon me — I had nowhere to hide.
Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet
Aristotle
When we are impatient, we block a lot of our power.
We want our ideas and creative concepts have to flow now and make it quick! The impact has to be bold, significant and unforgettable.
In that state — you express a less distinctive and inauthentic style. It’s not the real you that people can see.
And as you know, people aren’t fooled easily. They can usually spot someone inauthentic or an imitation of someone else.
It becomes apparent in the language, phrases and the space between the words — the silence.
If you want to express yourself authentically, practice the art of learning.
People who are passionate, obsessed, and see their life propose through a mission rarely spend less than ten years mastering their craft.
They absorb, analyse, experiment, try new and innovative ways to master the mission ahead. Changing course when it’s needed.
This is how they develop their voice filled with uniquely expressive undertones of their personality.
It’s so personalised and genuine — almost untouchable by another.
Base your destiny towards fulfilling an individualised expression of yourself. Then, allow it to flourish patiently by taking small steps at a time.
Don’t expect the big bucks, offers and followers to roll around in a year — or perhaps five years.
- It takes a long time to develop mastery in your writing — in anything.
- It takes several healthy meals to produce weight loss.
- It takes several hours of weight training to build muscle.
- It takes years to work from the ground up to become the CEO.
