The website content outlines a strategic proposal for enhancing the ILLUMINATION YouTube Channel's growth and engagement through a consistent content creation schedule, community collaboration, and the implementation of a S.W.O.T. analysis for continuous improvement.
Abstract
The provided content details an initiative by Arthur G. Hernandez to bolster the ILLUMINATION YouTube Channel's presence and viewer engagement. The strategy involves a week-long challenge, dubbed the "7 Day Elevation Quest," where new digital content will be published daily alongside existing content. This approach aims to maintain viewer interest and provide a variety of content for the audience. The proposal emphasizes the importance of loyal subscribers over a large number of fair-weather followers and suggests using the S.W.O.T. method to evaluate and enhance the channel's performance. The plan includes setting achievable targets, measuring progress using a 30,60,90-day performance forecast, and establishing a Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P) to ensure consistency and quality in content creation. The initiative encourages community participation and leverages the strengths of the ILLUMINATION publication on Medium to support the YouTube channel's growth.

We can reach the mountain to create and illuminate digital content on our ILLUMINATION YouTube Channel.
I have taken a lot of notes and I am now proposing us try to use the processes and methodology that I have set out within this assessment.
YouTube is new to me in a sense of generating traffic to our various Illumination platforms.
Starting this Monday evening.
I will be creating a piece of digital content each day for the whole week posting at the same time slot and keep my post within the same parameters.
I am also going to include an already published/posted piece with the daily new creation.
Giving our readers or viewers. The chance to engage with the already great viewing content plus my new piece.
If we proceeded to assess Illumination away from our publication platform on Medium there is definitely room to manoeuvre.
Using the. S. W. O. T. method to investigate, also moving forward improve the spaces in all aspects.
Strengths: Illumination is growing at a good rate.
Now is the time to seize the opportunity and help our YouTube channel.
We have a smorgasbord of content creators to inspire and encourage.
Weaknesses: None initially. I feel we need to make sure that we are getting proper subscribers.
My point is that it’s better to have 500 loyal subscribers.
Who wants to be part of the journey. They will see it through wind/rain/shine.
Instead of 3000 fair-weather followers who disappear in a 7–10 day period. If we received a little negative feedback.
I would focus on the “How” not the “Why”.
How can we make this right ??
Doing this creates a contingency plan not make the same mistake again.
Opportunities: This is where our Illumination community shines brightly.
Sharing, Creating, Brainstorming within our Slack Channel and on Medium.com, linking and mentioning our YouTube channel in whatever way we can.
We may be able to arrange a guest creator for a few days or even a weekly cameo.
There’s nothing wrong with setting some attainable targets so we can measure our data.
Threats: Ultimately keeping our readers & subscribers interested and illuminated.
If we create a structure or process agree on it we must follow this through.
Because practising and repeating methods never make things worse. Essentially we can have an S.O.P: Standard Operating Procedure.
This creates an instilled methodology for everyone to follow.
A metaphorical brand standard.

We can measure this by creating our targets using the 30,60,90 performance forecast. By definition, we measure our Illumination Youtube after the first 30days from when we have set the target. We can leave room for adjustments and make our forecasts flexible.
We practice the same methodology on day 60 which is double the amount of time that our results and data have been getting collated.
On the final stage of the process: Day 90 we should have adjusted forecasts and goals to be within a variable result of positivity.
To keep this sustainable instilling a methodology of forecasted targets and measurements is creating a high percentage point of continuous success in our Illumination YouTube Channel.
It doesn’t matter if the numbers are only up a little. It’s the fact they are up which then confirms our strategy has validity. Below is the content links created by Arthur G.
