You’re The Only One Living Your Life

An Assurance Against People Who Hate On Your Work

Many try to drag us down in life. Yet, here is what they don’t realize.

They don’t know what it is like to be you. To wake up every day in your bed, wear your shoes, or travel to the places you go.

Those people don’t understand how you think, behave, and feel in any given situation.

There is nobody who knows you better than you know yourself, especially the ones who attempt pitifully to drag you down to their level.

But here’s something else they do not realize.

You’re more determined and disciplined than they will ever be.

While you’re up and at ’em in the early mornings, your haters only rise when the sun sets in the sky.

When you’re working to achieve your dreams, your haters are too busy thinking about how jealous you are making them.

Whenever they try to be like you, they simply cannot. It boggles their mind and body to even attempt your feats.

Despite all this, you should still treat these people with the respect any other person would deserve. To quote from the Bible, Romans 12:21,

“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”

Conclusion

I wrote this story to bring others who need it. Especially for people who work in creative professions.

Whether they be a writer or a painter, a designer or animator, somebody will come along and desecrate their work.

I hope this may inspire you to sift through the hate and find the good in the impact your hard work has on those who choose to appreciate it.

Before you go, leave a few claps by the door and a reply in the proverbial mailbox. I wish you an inspiring day.
