That’s what a tire weighs on an SUV or a standard bag of concrete mix you can get from a DIY store.

Clothing once felt uncomfortably tight — I now feel more at ease with myself, with more energy and confidence.

The contrast is startling. Random strangers now message me on the internet, mostly to say things like, “Wow, that’s so inspiring”.

It never gets old because I secretly think, “I was you. That’s what I used to say to people”.

In the back of my mind, I hoped the same results were possible for me, so I’d play the cheerleader.
