You’re Like A Dripping Faucet

Unable to save the people you love

Photo by Shridhar Vashistha on Unsplash

You’re a dripping faucet Except, you can’t be fixed You can’t be saved No matter how many repairs You destroy each of them in vain

You don’t belong here You belong there You belong somewhere else And nowhere near me Because now I see You don’t think You only do as you please

Instead of trying to fix you I’ll let you continue dripping I’m done
