“Energy Flows Where Attention Goes”

The Law of Attraction provides us with an opportunity to attract into our lives what we give our attention to.

“What you think you become. What you feel you attract. What you imagine you create.” — Buddha

What have you been giving your attention to? What are your most frequent thoughts? Everyone in this universe is affected by the Law of Attraction, and you and your thoughts have created your life experience. The mind is often severely underestimated, but the mind has the power to create our realities.

“Your whole life is a manifestation of the thoughts that go on in your head.” — Lisa Nichols

“Thoughts Are Things”

When we repeatedly ruminate on things we do not desire, we inevitably attract these same things into our life experience. On the contrary, when you emphasize putting your attention on the things you desire, you inevitably attract those desires into your life.

“Whatever you hold in your mind on a consistent basis is exactly what you will experience in your life.” — Tony Robbins

So, if the Law of Attraction is all about shifting your thoughts to the things you desire, like, and appreciate, then why doesn’t everyone do it? It seems easy enough, right?

The Negativity Train

The world is inundated in negativity and caught up in negative thinking patterns and negative feelings so much that it can be hard to focus on the good aspects of life. It is difficult for many people to feel good and enjoy life because they are so deluged in their woes, debt, pain, regret, and how terrible life is for them. It doesn’t help that the news focuses on delivering the most negative stories to the world; the news rarely focuses a majority of its content on the positive things that are taking place in the world.

Be careful of the content you absorb indirectly (passive listening) and directly (active listening).

The Law of Attraction

You are reading this today, which means you are now one of the few people throughout the world that can learn and implement the Law of Attraction into their lives; this is life-changing. I encourage you not to take this opportunity for granted.

Whether you believe in this philosophy [The Law of Attraction] or not, take a good look at your life right now. Now, I am here to tell you that you are where you are due to your thoughts and feelings that you emanate.

Personal Example

I remember one time I was so stressed out trying to raise money for a study abroad program I desired to participate in that I ended up getting into a fender bender; I knew that I had attracted this incident into my life by not trusting and realizing that the money I required for this program was already mine. I only needed to increase my awareness, be grateful, and trust that the process (in addition to my persistent efforts) would bring me precisely the amount of money I required to participate in this program.

Many people believe that they are powerless in their life experiences. But we are in control of our lives.

“You are the master of your destiny. You can influence, direct, and control your own environment. You can make your life what you want it to be.” — Napoleon Hill

Feelings

You might be saying to yourself right now, monitoring my thoughts is too hard for me to do; this is not an entirely inaccurate statement. Every day we think thousands upon thousands of thoughts. So the way we can monitor our thoughts is by monitoring how we feel.

It is essential that we feel good as often as possible. Feeling good means we are in a positive vibration with the universe. Feeling good attracts good relationships, good things, good opportunities, and our good desires into our lives. We can change some of our thoughts, but how we truly change our thought patterns is by becoming a more emotionally well person that is high on life. Feel good!

Conclusion

The more you feel good, the more you will send out positive thoughts that will attract more positive emotions and positive occurrences into your life.

Remember, thoughts are things. Once you have decided you will focus on feeling good and that your thoughts create your reality, you have tapped into your limitless potential power that can ignite the world.
