January Six Word Photo Story Challenge: “Self”
Hey! Do you need a ride?
Some years ago, I had the privilege of being part of the social media team for a global event — Momentum Jharkhand — that was being held in Ranchi. It was a fantastic experience, meeting big personalities from across the globe and India, listening to ministers’ and industry leaders like Ratan Tata talk, and of course up close and almost personal with India’s Captain Cool of cricket, MS Dhoni. 🥰.
We were also treated to a fabulous cultural show on the inaugural evening, in addition to day-long song and dance performances by local tribes in full costume.
In the middle of live-tweeting like there was no tomorrow and trending (but, of course), I enjoyed browsing all the exhibitions. One of them was this display of an electric auto rickshaw. I even have a hilarious video of me with it. Pretty sure everyone was amused.
Highlights of the 2-day event? We were shocked to see me trending in print — in the newspapers, with my tweets featured alongside Ministers and Industry Bigwigs. And as if that wasn’t enough, a TV channel caught me dancing with the tribals that we caught on the big screen. Could not stop laughing!
Anything is possible, eh? I cherish all my experiences in life!
