Decorate your office space — It’s totally optional and it’s not at all feminine for sure. I’ve decorated my corner office with some small indoor plants, motivational and inspirations quotes/stickers, have some pictures from my travel and stick it on the wall.

I used have a vision board while growing up and I like to see my progress every day. I used to do review as well and reward myself with some special treats. It may sound silly to you, but it’s important to celebrate your efforts and how far you have come in spite of all difficulties and hard time. As people say, you learn more from failure than success.
