Your Gratitude Everyday Keeps The Anxiety From Your Life Far Far Away
Gratitude is a prayer said whenever life irks you.
Monday prompt: How can I cut through the noise and get to what’s important?
Thank you, God, for this auspicious day.
Thank you, mother nature, for giving me another chance to bask in your warm embrace.
Thank you, mum, for being the lovely heartwarming bubba that adores me to the fullest.
…
Indeed, I am thankful for a lot of things. And I take my time every day to give thanks to those who bestow me such majestic gifts.
Whenever life gets me down, do you want to know what keeps me on my toes?
It is gratitude with a deep sigh of relief as I continue to breathe the majestic mother nature’s breeze. Or at least I imagine it, as I take that first whiff of fresh air.
Breathing it in as I prepare myself to release the frustrations of life, the scorn I aim to exchange. It gets easier every time you practice it indeed, no matter the day or time, I believe.
You can let go of your thoughts that cause worries. I know it is hard whenever you breathe especially having an anxiety attack. I suffer from it from time to time. But in that struggle, I try to believe.
I think of a time, a possibility I weave, a moment in time that brings only peace. I think of myself enjoying it with zest.
As my inner child dances to the beat filling my body with happiness and belief.
Oh please, will you please keep smiling for me?
I know you might feel it hard to leave. The tensions that cloud your heart and soul. I know you might wonder how to release yourself from the troubles of life’s hardships.
There is a way that you need to believe. A way you can win over your struggles with a flick of a switch.
Just listen to me right now as you begin to believe it.
“You only need to say a prayer, oh God, I’m thankful for this fateful dear test.
Please give me the courage to surpass these troubles. I am grateful for this opportunity to believe.
I hope to find solace within my hardships.”
And with this little prayer, you take a deep breath closing your eyes and hoping to release. And with that big whiff, you inhale it all in and out you exhale with a foo.
As you exhale the frustrations with ease, turn that frown upside down and smile you did it.
You released it. Here is my heartful cheer for you, my dear.
Now the next time, if you encounter a problem such as this. Where you are challenged to fight a struggle no less bleak.
Remember the words to be grateful indeed, for it is an opportunity for you to increase.
What you might wonder is something I will say?
An opportunity to exercise hunger for it might repay as your reward of eternal divine joy.
One that comes from you facing your struggles with hope. As you aim to embrace it with the utmost zest.
Believe in yourself.
You can do it with ease. 😉❤️
