Your Gentle Touch

A song I wrote On Video.

I own this image that is from my video

I have been writing songs for a couple years now. This is the first one that I have done in a video.

I began writing songs 25 years ago, after my son, Jasyn, died. My son always wanted to be famous. So, I decided to write a song for him.

This is my picture of my son Jasyn when he was 22 years old.

My very first song was “What’s it like in heaven?” I put an ad in the paper for a musician, and I received an answer back from the ad. That song and all my others at the time are on cassette tapes, so I can’t put them on.

Before I began to write songs, I was a poet and a story writer, but I always wanted to try to write songs.

I may be giving up on songs because I have no encouragement. None of my friends say, “Did you write your next song yet?” “When am I going to hear your next song?” I am really disappointed.
