Your Attitude Will Define Your Sales !!

Attitude means a way of looking at things or point of view. … Successful people have a good attitude towards themselves, they expect to succeed more than they fail. They expect more good things in life than bad. Our environment is the mirror of our attitude, before changing the environment we have to change our attitude.
If you truly want to be successful, your number one task should be to create and maintain a positive attitude. When you’ve got an attitude of optimism, expectancy and enthusiasm, opportunities grow, and problems shrink.
We have observed that many talented people are unable to cope with their success, and I feel that is ATTITUDE that makes them unsuccessful. The talent is applied on a wrong direction because of their wrong attitude towards life.
I am related to “Sales” so I will focus on my field rather than other aspects of life, although today tips not only related to Sales, but your entire life.
If you’re a leader, a positive attitude draws people to your side and encourages them to do their best work. A leader with a negative attitude, however, can only compel others to take action through fear.
More importantly, what would be point of being successful if you’re always feeling lousy? With that in mind, here’s how to ensure your attitude stays upbeat:
Your attitude is a form of expression of yourself. You can choose to be happy, positive and optimistic, or you can choose to be pessimistic and critical, with a negative outlook on your workday. It will give the same result at the end of the day. A positive attitude helps you cope better under stressful situations at work.Always act with a purpose.

Before you take any action, decide how it will serve your greater goals. If the connection is weak or non-existent, take that action off your to-do list. Aimless activity wastes time and energy and entire energy will be wasted.
Stretch yourself past your limits every day.
At the same time if you unable to correct your attitude it will come up with a mess in every field.
Let’s talk about the bad attitude results in a working place:
“Adverse Effects of a Bad Attitude in the Workplace”
Bad attitudes in the workplace — whether yours, your employees, your coworkers or your boss — might include laziness, tardiness, rudeness, rumor mongering or any other attitude or activity that lowers overall morale. Someone’s negative attitude could be due to personal problems. An employee might be having financial difficulties or a medical situation that influences behavior at work.
Here we have to examine the root cause of Bad attitude , if is it a routine manner or it is motivated by some of the other discussed above. If it is motivated by some short time reaction then it is not that much dangerous ( but any how it will spoil the situation) but at the same time if it is regular routine attitude then Life will react on this .

Sometimes just the news of the day is enough to bring you down. Bad attitudes also can result from workplace events, such as a firing, pay decreases or other small-business problems. Whatever the underlying cause, your or someone else’s bad attitudes in the workplace can have serious negative consequences.
Decreased Productivity and Performance
Bad attitudes spread, which is why you must address the issue quickly. A single person’s bad attitude can have a huge effect on the operation of your business. For example, if one employee begins complaining, his discontent might spread to other workers. Bad attitudes also can trickle downward at the same time it effects your sales.
A cranky manager can ruin the workplace atmosphere for everyone he supervises. Pervasively negative attitudes can have a detrimental effect on performance, causing employees to become apathetic and despondent. Mistakes might occur more often, and output will likely slow.
Bad Attitudes Result Create Unhappy Customers
If your customers encounter bad attitudes from employees, they won’t come back. Customers don’t want to deal with snippy or rude employees or representatives and . Monitoring the performance of employees who deal directly with customers might head off some trouble, but a more effective approach is to deal with the underlying causes of the discontent to raise the morale of the entire workplace.
Identification of Problem Situations
Sometimes, one person is the clear cause of an organization’s problem. Other times, you must identify underlying causes for general discontent. For example, if you enforce unreasonable deadlines for projects, meaning employees must work overtime to meet your expectations, you can expect resentment to build.
Though you should expect the best from your employees, pushing them too hard will test their loyalty and might be bad for morale and employee retention.
Look for Resolution
Ask for regular employee feedback so you can stay ahead of the curve. Act quickly and decisively to nip negative attitudes in the bud.

Dealing with systemic problems is more difficult but well worth it in the long run if it improves employee morale. High morale has been shown to lead to better performance and happier customers.
