Young People Moving To Another Country Can Be a Great Opportunity!
America is not the only place where there is opportunity.
We have been taught all of our lives that America is the place where opportunities grow on trees! At least that is what our Grandparents and Parents have said to us while growing up. I know I believed that as well for a long time when I was younger and naive. I believed all of the propaganda that they pushed on us growing up.
Not much has changed as the propaganda machine keeps pushing out lies to convince our younger Americans that they too will be able to enjoy a life much like their Parents are living now. Unfortunately many younger people are starting to realize that the American Dream is just that, a dream! So it was not long before they realized that moving to another country will afford them a better life.
Now you start to read articles trying to trash other countries in such way to convince young people to stay! Don’t listen to the propaganda machine! If you want to leave the US to pursue a good life and career then go for it! Do your research, learn the language if need be, get the paperwork done and head out!
Listen, this is not a new thing. This has been happening everywhere in the globe. People are not happy where they are they pick up and go. Growing up in a Latin Family having younger people leave their families in search for a better life is not new. I have many of my cousins who are scattered all over Europe because there are better opportunities. It’s a normal thing that has been happening for many many years!
The ships full of immigrants are now coming back with American immigrants. Immigrants who are looking for a better life, a better way of living. Many Americans are tired of constantly working like a plantation slave and at the end of the week is still not enough. Can you blame Millennials, Gen Z’ers and yes even GenX for feeling the way they do. I don’t blame them for feeling that way. If America can’t get its act together then Americans need to pack it up and find your success.
