So what are triggering factors for migraine!

Exposure to light

Loud noise or music

Excessive exercise

During monthly

So what’s the main mechanism behind this migraine?

Excessive dilatations of vessels of brain which cause migraine,

Patients may also have 3rd nerve palsy,

Pain is so severe sometimes patients get collapsed.

As we know it’s episodic and have relapses so we can prevent the next attack,

We can give following drugs:

If a patient come with severe headache and symptoms are similar to the migraine I already explained,

Then I’ll give my patient!
