You Want To Change
Start meditation today and dive deep into your Self
Many of us get to a point, sometimes, when an inner voice speaks out loud and clear and says:
YOUR LIFE IS NOT WHAT YOU WANTED IT TO BE, IT’S SUCH A MESS, YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
Bless your moment of clarity. Don’t get upset.
Welcome to a new level in the game of life, puppy heart!
You are ready to realize yourself, right now, and let the fun begin.
Let the past behind, but juice its lessons
There’s no successful way in leaving the past behind without rielaborating what happened.
You may have had good times. Nothing to say about it. They were O.K., right?
You may have had bad and sad times. Here you may do some homework, and start looking for patterns in what went wrong.
You can’t just leave the past behind not knowing what it meant for you, because sooner or later it will show up again to teach you the same lesson you missed out before.
Some lessons in life have to be learned.
Analysis
Analyzing what happened won’t change the reality you experienced in the past. Yet, it’s somewhat necessary.
It will help you take control over what you can actually control in your life, through the awareness of what took place.
If you’re not able to view the whole picture clearly, you may find benefit in the help of an expert.
But I have to give you my advice.
I’ve seen many people asking for help to change their lives.
Many times they did accept this help. Many other times they developed resistances (a technical psychological term) on what they had to change. They did not want to go over, even if they wanted to, and left.
Just to say that your desire to change is the starting point of your new self in demand. The road to reach this goal requires you put some effort in it.
External reality
Analyzing the facts from a psychological and behavioral point of view will help you feel better, and gain some order to your life.
You now got the key to avoid repeating the same situations if they’re not what you want to live in your life.
Understanding the psychological reasons of your past will strengthen your ability to find different patterns, people, situations and change your life.
Still, you miss something.
You scratched the surface, you’ve gained some clarity, but you did not go to the fount.
Ultimate reality
The fount of your being is deep within you, nevertheless accessible.
Your mind can lead you to the surface of this infinite source of awareness which is your Self.
Meditation, or similar techniques (like relaxation techniques), can guide you where the beginning of your being is.
Change starts at the basis
Whenever you trust and follow a wave moving on the surface, you’ll always be under the effect of its movements.
But when you learn to dive deep into the ocean, you get access to the quietness of the inner Self, the source, and any superficial wave will be nothing more than a wave moving.
Your outside change can happen any time you desire it, if you make sure to have access to the never changing, immutable basis of your Self, which is pure consciousness and calmness and so much more.
There resides your strength.
There you understand the limitless power of your being.
Your inner Self knows which direction you want to take, and will sustain you in any external change.

We are pure consciousness.
Let us make our life a masterpiece!
