Release the grudges you held against others. Grab hold of the freedom forgiveness gives.
3. Make positive changes in the only person you can; you.
Suppose you’ve lived a life of diving deep into conspiracy theories. Avoid hanging around those always having a cynical bent on life.
4. Be an intentional optimist.
