Taking the key to the padlock, a sharp click commands the gate to open!
As the lock falls to the ground, you waste no time and dash forward to Gloomhall Estate!
The path leading up is paved with gravel curving down from the gate, and up towards an incline you move past with ease.
You take a moment to stop and gaze at the structure looming above you.
It stands as a gargantuan mansion black as night, and shingles as crimson as the blood of its enemies.
The windows are made up of the finest stained glass with unique designs for each.
Though what is most striking is the massive window lurking just above the main set of doors, depicting a skull with a sword pierced through from its top.
To fully encapsulate the soul of this manor, it is nothing short of absolute dark royalty!
Just before the front entrance, is a fountain decorated with frilly banners and party streamers.
Bottles of liquid are scattered about, as if with pure intention to mock the mansion’s pristine beauty.
Overall, you feel nervous and intimidated at such an overwhelming presence, but even so, you move toward it with curiosity.
Observing the fountain, the bottles are labeled with juvenile titles such as “Burpy Pop,” “Monster Fizz,” and “Scented Candle Sploosh.”
The whole fountain reeks of an odor that pushes you to move away as soon as possible.
Stairs leading up to the front door creak, as you step on them along with the floorboards thereafter.
Each door possesses a golden and silver wolf head knocker, so you knock both at the same time just in case.
You wait for a few minutes, but no response arrives at the door.
