Self recrimination is a poisonous fruit
It causes doubt and shakes self confidence.
It’s a trap sprung upon the unsuspecting by ego
A trap that stops progress dead in its tracks.
Life is about taking risks. Sometimes you succeed, sometimes you fail.
But the ultimate failure is to stop trying.
No matter how overwhelming things get, stop, regroup, take a deep breath, and then begin again.
One foot in front of the other, just like a baby learning to walk.
Notice how babies never give up — despite the bumps and bruises?
They are indomitable, so can you be.
