You may be passing through difficulties in life, and that’s because you’ve created them. They are not there, all of our fears are self-created. We see reality from our point of view but it is not as appalling as you think.

Maybe you don’t feel you are everything you want, and I’m here to give you some tips so you can be and change your perspective. It’s not easy to do it but I hope this post is useful to you and you can put it into practice.

You don’t have to follow every step I’m going to give you, just the steps that match better with you. There’s no need to do something that is not your cup of tea.

Having said this, let’s start with the tips.

EXERCISE

This is crucial for having good health and improve in your performance in every activity. Through exercise, you can improve not only your muscles but your brain and your agility, and we can’t avoid the most important feedback of exercise that is probably how you feel when you finish your routine.

It’s always said that exercise has to come with a good diet but, although it is very helpful, it is not necessary. Exercise can make you lose weight and gain muscle while diet only can make you lose weight or gain weight. For sure you’ll have more benefits if you do both but exercise is just ok.

EATING HEALTHY

As I’ve explained before, exercise gets along with diet but don’t necessarily commit to a diet. Now, here’s my advice: if you want to boost your results, don’t commit to a diet, instead eat something you know it’s healthy but eat something you know you can keep that habit in the future.

You must eat fruits and vegetables daily. In this image, I gave you examples of what healthy eating would be.

NO FAP

Now, I know this is a very hard step. The bad thing about masturbating is not cumming. The real bad thing about masturbating is that we receive instant gratification when and where we want. Something that doesn’t match with life, taking into account that you have to struggle for long periods in life to create something valuable.

We’ve become addicts of the immediate and we must know what we do in each moment and that all good things come with time. You have only one life like me, haven’t you? So don’t hesitate.

QUALITY SLEEP

It’s unbelievable how important is to sleep well. While you sleep, not only your body is resting but the energy for the next day is coming to you. Besides this, it’s important that you have a well-ventilated room with a comfortable bed to sleep in. And the most important factor is that you can’t use electronic devices 1h before sleeping, it will make you sleep better.

I love to watch ASMR videos on Youtube an hour and a half prior to sleep, it makes me be more relaxed and want to go to sleep.

SAUNA IF POSSIBLE

This tip is for rich people, but you’re on Medium so probably you are one of those. Going to a sauna will provide you with many benefits, such as: remove toxins from the body as you sweat, reducing your stress levels, increasing and improving circulation, reducing muscle pain, and improving cardiovascular health.

If you have some money you don’t use, I recommend you go to a sauna and experience that unique sensation.

PURE QUALITY OMEGA 3 FISH OIL

It has a lot of benefits too, so if you skip this step, you’ll be doing something very bad.

Take a look into the benefits and then tell me.

  • Helps regulate blood clotting.
  • Improves learning ability.
  • Helps fight allergies and asthma.
  • It reduces stress.
  • Help fight premenstrual syndrome and depression.
  • Improves heart function and blood pressure.
  • It favors the reduction of bad cholesterol and triglycerides.
  • It reduces inflammation and fights inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis or intestinal diseases.
  • It helps us lose weight and maintain testosterone levels for good muscle development.
  • Repairs the immune system. We must include in the omega 3 properties the importance it has for brain functions since the brain is made up mostly of omega-type fats. Thus, the deficiency of this fat is associated with memory loss in the elderly along with high feelings of anguish and depression.

Now, if you’re a male teenager or an adult, I recommend consuming 1600mg, but if you’re a female teenager or adult, I recommend you consume 1100 mg.

DAILY DOSE OF VITAMIN D

Vitamin D is a necessary nutrient for health. Helps the body absorb calcium, one of the main substances necessary for strong bones. Vitamin D is so important for people of all kinds, whether they are men, women, or non-binary persons.

People from 19 to 70 years old, my vas majority of readers, must consume 15 mcg (600 UI) of vitamin D. Now, where can I obtain that vitamin D? Well, there are not many foods that contain it, so we have to choose very well what we eat.

You can find vitamin D here:

  • Most of the U.S. milk supply is fortified with about 3 mcg (120 IU) of vitamin D per cup, as are many of the plant-based alternatives, such as soy milk, almond milk, and oat milk. However, foods made with milk, such as cheeses and ice cream, are usually not fortified.
  • Also, many breakfast kinds of cereal and some brands of orange juices, yogurts, margarine, and other products contain added vitamin D.
  • Fatty fish, such as trout, salmon, tuna, and mackerel, as well as fish liver oils, are among the best natural sources of vitamin D.
  • Beef liver, egg yolk, and cheese contain small amounts of vitamin D. Mushrooms provide some vitamin D. Some mushrooms are exposed to ultraviolet light to increase their vitamin D content.

If you don’t ever consume vitamin D, it causes osteomalacia, a disorder that causes bone pain and muscle weakness.

The good thing about it is that the sun releases this kind of vitamin, so if you expose your skin to the sunlight, you’ll get a little amount of this vitamin.

FASTING

This is the one tip I would rarely do. Many people are used to eating 5 times a day and that people are already healthy. Fasting, if you want to do it, means skipping from one meal a day to skipping every meal in the day. The Internet has plenty of information about this, so a simple search on google will tell you how good is to fast and the types of fasting you can do.

CONCLUSION

It’s difficult to approach all these habits at once, so I recommend you take it easy, not go too fast and leave everything to its own time.

Remember there’s no need for you to follow every single tip.
