Who Is No Shame?

Owned and managed by Jonathan Townend, RMN., No Shame is the place for you to submit your ‘individual experiences of how mental ill-health affects you today or in the past, for sharing what worked for you individually. Remember, what the physician says might not work for you, sometimes it is you that builds that road to recovery.’

More about me can be read here:

No Shame is happy to accept self-published stories just providing they have not been submitted or published in other Medium publications.

Please remember that No Shame is here for you alone. Here for you to share your experiences of your personal experiences of how you were affected by it and how you learned to cope with it, whether you dealt with it in a positive way or struggled with it. The whole point of this publication is to promote our awareness of the stigma that still surrounds the subject and to come together to support each other on Medium.

Please remember NOT to mention any actual real names of any practitioner, friends, or hospital names that you want to include within your article, always keeping privacy and anonymity foremost in your mind.

How to Submit Your Article to No Shame.

Should you wish to add information that others have stated before, or choose to quote someone, then, please do remember to provide evidence of what quotes you have used, this is mandatory and is required within Medium guidelines as they must be sourced & correctly credited.
