My experience proves this study 100%. I’ve tried sleep meditation guide on youtube and I was sitting, I can say I fell asleep like a cat, Yes, while sitting without something behind my back.

Fill your day with physical activity

Just move yourself mate. How can somebody sit all day 7 days in a row? or even more.

Exercise does help you fall asleep more quickly and improves your sleep. 30 minutes in enough as a daily exercise. Many saw a difference in the sleep quality the same night.
