You May Not Get Another Chance
Why I don’t put things off
She’s 93 years old in a few days.
Listening to her schedule of what she’s achieved this week, I was amazed at her energy.
But then I thought, why not?
Is sitting at home by yourself a better option?
I don’t think it is.
Fill your days with things that make you happy.
Take action now; you may not get another chance.
Today 15th September 2023 marks one year since my helicopter ride to the hospital.
A heart attack changed my life.
Yes, it was changed for the better.
I’m now healthier, happier and motivated to make the best of my life.
I’m grateful for the medical help I received.
I’m also grateful that I took that second chance to improve my life.
I walk,
I write,
I eat healthily,
I’m happy,
If it seems simple, that’s because it is.
I hope to be an active 93-year-old someday.
