You May Not Believe But Swallowing Semen is Actually Good for Your Health

Have you ever wondered what else might be swimming around in your man’s ejaculate besides sperm?

We have all googled the nutritional information.
Sperm lives in a tiny duct behind the testicle which is called the Epididymis and it actually makes up a teeny tiny percentage of what is in a man’s cum.
To put this into perspective when a man ejaculates, on average he will ejaculate about a teaspoon worth of cum. In this small volume of liquid, there can be up to a hundred million sperm in a healthy batch.
Yet sperm still only make up one to 5% of a man’s semen.

Just take care of your health.
At the end of the day eating a healthy well-rounded diet and taking care of your body has way more important benefits than just enhancing your homemade juices.
However, if you are looking to dim the lights and surprise your loved one with something sugary and sweet.
- Maybe take a pass on that extra-large coffee and doughnut for breakfast.
- Swap out that greasy Chinese food for dinner and replace it with something nutritious and delicious.
- For dessert bring in some of nature’s candy and some fresh fruit that ought to do the trick.
