You Get What You Give
A poem

I need a new perspective
Peering into water, reflective
Get what you give
Give out what you want most
No need to shout, no need to boast
You chose this life
Choose a new outlook
Glasses for sight
Life can be bright
Thanksgiving every day
Life is a great parade
Today, is the day, the Lord has made
We will rejoice and be glad in it, now
The power of now
Bow to the universe
Before, you hit the hearse
Marry a nurse
In love, give birth
A midwife to all your dreams
Only believe
Receive
Achieve
We bleed
Sacrifice what you no longer need
Never, grieve the past
It’s just a looking glass
Look past, and into the future
Now, I’ll hold you in my arms
We’ll make it somehow
All is love
Unity that takes flight in the dove
No above, or below
Say hello to yourself in another
Mother . Sister . Brother
Beloved.
Love is all there is
Love, inside of your kid.
Play as a child
In this life, run wild
It can take a while
To create a smile
But you were born for this
Never ending bliss
Even when you take a piss
Or receive a kiss
It’s all the same
Inside of your brain
Refrain, from thinking thoughts of fear
It’s clear, sometimes you just need a beer
Here, it all takes place
Forget, the rat race
Swim inside of grace
This life can seem like a maze
No, I don’t blaze
I burn faster
Laughter
The principle medicine
For you my friend
The End,
Or is it?
Does it ever end?
Do we return again?
We are never the same
Life, inside of this grain,
Of sand
We are held in his hand
There is no master, plan
We’re just grains of sand
It’s all been planned
Give your brother a hand
If we were only kinder
We would find out,
What love is really all about
Forget doubt
Fact is, death is,
A lie
The great mystery
Of time
Rewind,
Find you are aligned
In the givers mind
Time bends
Grace flows
The End,
Or is it?
Whose to say,
We won’t return again
Some day?
Pray,
Meditate on love
Love is everywhere
If only we can see
The timeless
Infinity.
