You Eat It Every Day and Don’t Know the Danger You’re Running

Today’s food can be tomorrow’s poison

Eating is one of life’s many pleasures. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, meals are present in our routine and are what make us feel alive and energized. However, even though eating is a fun, pleasurable, and essential activity for our health — it can also be a deadly poison for us.

Stop and think for a moment about the foods you eat every day. Are they really healthy or are they making you head towards your death sooner?

I know that sometimes we overdo it and end up eating more than we should, but you need to know that even foods that seem harmless can actually be great villains in Warner Bross horror films.

But stay calm.

In this curiosities article, I will tell you which foods we consume daily and which are deadly poisons for humans.

Ready for these shocking revelations? You will be amazed at the poisons you have in your fridge!

1. Processed meats in general

Be it the sausage from the traditional and wonderful hot dog, the sausage from the Saturday afternoon barbecue, the ham from the breakfast, or the salami from the pre-beer snack — These are the meats that truly take you to paradise, in two ways.

I know that these foods are really delicious and I know that no one will stop eating them. I eat it every day and I think it’s wonderful. However, at the same time that these foods take you to heaven with pleasure and ecstasy due to their wonderful flavor, they also take you to the “land of feet together” if you hesitate and go beyond the limit you can eat.

Is there a limit to eating them? I don’t know, but I don’t want to try until I find out.

What I know is that these foods are very rich in sodium, saturated fat, and chemical preservatives that are not at all good for us. And what’s worse, it even increases the chances of us developing some variation of cancer in the future.

In other words, by consuming these foods we are signing our death certificate every day. The problem is that it is uncertain what the cause of our death will be: heart attack, heart attack, cancer, or high blood pressure.

Well, as I don’t want to find out, I’ve already taken the initiative to eat this type of product at most twice a week. On the days that I don’t eat this nonsense, I swap it for tuna fillet, salmon fillet, shredded chicken breast, or even turkey breast.

My idea is to increasingly reduce processed meats and switch to a more sustainable and healthy way of life as I adapt to these changes. Well, I know it won’t be easy and sometimes I open the fridge in the middle of the night to eat some, but I’m going to fight my urges.

2. Ready and frozen meals

You know that supermarket pizza or lasagna that you just put in the microwave for a few minutes and flatten your belly? Well, unfortunately, they are also poison for us.

The preservatives used to keep these foods preserved and tasty even after freezing are very harmful to us. They can cause swelling, kidney problems, and even heart problems. And what’s worse, it’s an affront to all those who want to lose weight — because this food is what most “creates” belly fat in people.

Oh, just to let you know: Frozen hamburger meat also falls under this.

I’m not saying you should give it up for good. But keep control and consume at most once a week. In fact, do physical exercise too and drink lots of water — This will be necessary for you to cleanse your body of all the nonsense that has consumed you your entire life.

3. Soda and very sweet drinks

I don’t even need to say much that soda is a time bomb, right? The acid, the absurd amount of sugar, the artificial chemical preservatives — all of this is a huge long-term poison for the human body.

Let’s do an experiment: put 10 teaspoons of sugar in a glass and tell me if you could drink something with that amount of sugar. Because that’s exactly what’s in just a single glass of soda.

I know that soda is an addiction that cannot be taken away easily. But I’m not asking you to stop drinking soda, replace it with something healthier, like natural juice, for example. If this is still too radical for you, drink sugar-free soda. It will fill you up in the same way as sweet sodas.

but if you are willing to get bone problems, tooth decay, and even cancer — go ahead and keep drinking that kind of poison.

I know you’ll be more aware of this from now on. Furthermore, I wish you good health.
