You don’t like failure? Read this now.

Failure is something you’re taught to avoid like the plague. It’s associated with nothing but negative feelings, and it’s not something you’re meant to share with others.

While I will admit that the feeling of failure is not a good one, it’s a feeling and process that needs to be experienced to succeed in virtually anything.

Failure is not something that should be looked down upon, and instead, it should be viewed as a step on the path to success. The path that most of you will never take, except for the select few.

Success should be viewed as a journey. Whenever you fail at something, it’s almost as if you trip on that journey and are brought down to the ground. The problem is that most of you end up staying on the ground instead of getting back up and trying to learn from your mistakes.

Fail is just an acronym for First Attempt In Learning. It’s just a part of the process of learning and the path to success. Don’t aim for failure, but don’t be discouraged if you encounter it on the path. It’s expected.

You need to fail.

The problem with society is that from a young age, you were taught in school that failure was the worst thing. If you came back with a big F on your paper, your video games would have gotten taken away.

We all know it too well.

However, what school failed to teach you was that if you don’t fail, then you don’t learn.

Doing things over and over again until you get it right.

Until something finally pops off.

Until you finally make it out.

It’s all a part of the process. Don’t feel discouraged.

Do you think all the successful people that you see became successful on the first try?

You and I both know that isn’t the case.

They put in work, time, and effort.

And went through failure for a good portion of it. You know you’re on the right path.

So stay on it and keep persevering.
